very bad support, I already buy this product and already sent a message to the support from a month according to an installation issue, and I didn't receive any reply

You need to check cakePhp3 requirements that must be meet with your web host to run gym master smoothly." We are still waiting for response on this. If you can provide request details we can still help you.
