Just a simple comment to counteract some of these demanding ones. I’ve had this plugin for years. I’ve found support to be decently fast and responsive. I know you spent your hard-earned $30 – but give them a chance (!) and don’t give impossible requests when you haven’t done your part. * 5 Stars * as far as I’m concerned!

Later – I can’t edit this – my apologies for sounding confrontational! I just wanted to say that this is an outstanding plugin, company, and tech support. (Eyes downcast, cheeks red.)

Thank you very much for supporting our plugin. We do appreciate your support. If you need any further help please feel free to contact us at https://righthere.com/support

You can also leave a comment or review where you downloaded the plugin.

Hello, with Comunity event , how coul i send a notification email to user that have submited ?

There is an option to send notification to the administrator. There is no notification to the person who submitted the event besides a notification on screen when the event is successfully created.

hi i have just uploaded last version and i have a critica error )

Please contact us through https://righthere.com/support and provide wp-admin access and SFTP. Do you have access to your PHP error log?

Hello,

I try to download the new version and it gives me an older version not the latest.

Could you help me?

Why is this happening?

It gives me the version (4.9.95.98232)

Than you

I’ve just downloaded the file from Codecanyon and it is version 4.9.998.101115. Please delete any old files you have and download it again, You can also upgrade the plugin if you enter your license key and then update from inside wp-admin.

I am trying to buy “payment options woocommerce” and im getting this error in calendarizeit downloads sections: “Enter your license key before you can purchase add-ons or download free add-ons.”

the problem is i already entered my license in the plugin.

Also please let me know if i’m buying the correct addon for what im trying to do. my client is a nurse who teaches live classroom classes. she wants to sell the classroom seats online.

please advise how to buy your products and if i chose the correct addon for my client,

thanks very much

can you please go to https://righthere.com and contact us. Provide your item purchase code. If you have already entered it but still get this error. We will need wp-admin access to have a closer look. And we might need SFTP access. It could be that your server is blocking access to our license key service.

You can sell tickets to events with this plugin, however, it is not connected to any broadcasting or webinar service (e.g. Zoom).

The classes are not online, they are live in a classroom, so no need for zoom. So is “payment options woocommerce” or your “event tickets woocommerce” plugin the correct choice for me? I have put the details of the problem in your chat. Thank you

Yes, that would work for you.

How do I get my license reset? I am getting error that says it’s being used on 2 other websites. However, it is not being used at all.

Thank you very much, Sal

I used the live chat and your email with the information you requested. I am still getting this error: Sorry, but your license key has already been used in two websites. Please purchase an additional license or contact us at support@righthere.com if you think this is a mistake

I am still getting the error. My license I paid for has not been reset. I have been trying to do this for a week.

Could you please continue communicating via our support site https://righthere.com? I found an email with your username, but there is no information about a license key that needs a reset.

Hello,

I tried to install your latest downloaded zip file and wordpress said “incompatible archive”.

I then uploaded all the files via FTP and tried to activate it and the site went down with this error:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Please tell me how to resolve this issue.

Thank you very much,

Sal

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please go to https://righthere.com and contact us through the live chat. Provide wp-admin access and FTP. I will check the download file and see if there is anything wrong with it.

Hi, I’m trying to set up an event that occurs on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. I’m just not seeing how that can be done.

Check out this https://share.zight.com/mXu7BOGN – you will find the option if you look closely :)

Hello, I wanted to ask when you can download the latest version 4.9.997.101110 here? I can’t get version 4.9.996.101096 here.

We have just released an update on Codecanyon. It should be available for download within 24 hours.

We purchased this plugin awhile ago, but now it decided to crash. Messages here mention that it is compatible with WordPress 6.3 and PHP 8.1, but whenever I try to activate it again, after it crashed, the website goes down and I have to manually deactivate it so the other plugins can work. I am running with Divi (www.sharkyscuba.com)

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. The plugin should be PHP 8.2 compatible. You might have an add-on that is not updated, which causes it to crash. You can go to the Options > Troubleshooting and turn OFF all add-ons.

You can also go to our support site https://righthere.com and send us login credentials (the chat is encrypted). Then we can take a look at your site.

Hi, I sent a chat message but no one answered. I can’t go to options for as I mentioned, the website crashes everytime I activate the plugin

We need SFTP access to your website. Please submit this information via https://righthere.com.

One of our developers can help you. You can also send us your PHP error log so we can see what causes the issue. But we will still need the SFTP access if you want us to debug.

Hi there, how can I disable the tooltip so that when I click on the calendar event, it goes directly to the event and does not show me a tooltip? Thanks so much.

Never mind, figured it out, thanks!

I guess you found it. You can also download the BACKEND OPTIONS add-on (free) and then you can set the default click action for all new events.

Hi, is it possible to attach (link) posts to an event?

Thanks,

Francesco

I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Attach link posts….. You can add any content to an event.

Hello, before buying the plugin I have to check if it is what I’m looking for. Is it the right place to ask a presell questions?

You can either ask here or through https://righthere.com/support (live chat) if we are not live you can leave your email and we will email you a reply …..

Events Grid View – Where the shortcode is it just says…. “This shortcode requires that the latest version of “Ajax events query version.” is enabled.”

I did solve this issue

Glad you figured it out. Let us know if you have any other questions.

I tried to transfer my website from another host. The old host was php 7.2, WP 6.2 with Calendarize-It working (Version 4.9.995.100647) .

When I install the new host, I have critical error: - php 8 - WP 6.3 - same list of extension (exept one or two) And I have a critical error when I activate Calendarize-It; I can’nt have any specific intel from the log.

How can I solve that?

Calendarize it! is PHP 8.x compatible. We have not tested on PHP8.3. Make sure you have the latest version installed. It could be one of he add-ons that are outdated. If you go to https://righthere.com/support and provide us with login credentials we can have a closer look. Do you have access to the PHP error log?

I have a google calendar here – https://wsmsnyc.org/teachereducation/calendars/ – that I would like for it to look nicer using a plugin. Is that possible to do a google calendar sync with this plugin?

You need Calendarize it! + our premium add-on External Event Sources. You can see a demo here https://calendarize.it/add-ons/external-event-sources/

I can confirm that now my website is broken because of this error: An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 566 of the file /wp-content/plugins/calendarize-it/includes/class.rhc_post_info_shortcode.php. Error message: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported

I have php 8.2 but is not working with any of php8x, is working just with php 7.4 and bellow… Please launch an update with a fix for php 8X. Thanks.

Our plugin is tested with PHP 8.1 PHP 8.2 is not yet officially supported by WP, but I will ask the dev team to look. You need to make sure you have the latest version installed. It is compatible with PHP 8.1.

When upgrading to the most recent version, I get the following error: An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 566 of the file /wp-content/plugins/calendarize-it/includes/class.rhc_post_info_shortcode.php. Error message: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported

The site is installed on PHP 8.1

Thank you. Will ask our dev team to review. Please noice that you might get a faster answer contacting us through https://righthere.com/support/

Is the plugin fully compatible with WP 6.3? Thanks, Bernhard

It should be. We have not seen anything in our demo site causing issues due to upgrading to WP 6.3. If you experience anything please let us know.

Thanks :-)

The upcoming events widget is using the abbreviation for September as SEZ. Can I update this to SEPT instead?

I believe you will need to update the plugin to the latest version.
