I purchased this plugin a while ago and I’m only now getting a chance to use it. There are a lot of features that I like in the plugin and I would like to continue using it. Support for this item has expired, so I’m unable to open a ticket. I would extend support for the plugin, but I’m a little concerned that the issue I’m experiencing is something that cannot be resolved:

I’ve found that ARMember plugin is causing my website to frequently return 404 errors for pages that exist. There is no sequence to it, as pages that normally work, suddenly do not and after reloading several times, they load properly. From searches on the comments here, I see that there can be conflicts with language plugins (I’m using WPML), but nothing like what I’m experiencing. I’ve saved permalinks, cleared cache, etc. but the only thing that resolves the issue is deactivating ARMember plugin (Premium and Lite). Is this an issue that your support team is familiar with and can help resolve? If so, is there already a fix in the pipeline? If possible, I’d like to know before I extend my support. Thanks in advance!

Regarding “sometimes page works and sometime redirects to 404”, technical team has checked the case accordingly but there is no such issue found. Also, this type of issue is not reported by ARMember customers. Dear all, just a presale question. If I need only two add-ons (e.g. Zapier and Buddyboss integrations), could I buy only the add-ons individually, or do I have to buy the bundle pack? I ask it because I note that some add-ons (for example the Buddyboss integration) doesn’t have a price and if you click on the ‘buy’ button it is indicated that the add-on is included with ARMember Premium version. ARMember does offer the “BuddyBoss Integration” as an inbuilt addon, this addon will be included along with the ARMember Pro Plugin itself. Also, when you click on buy button then, there is showed “Included with ARMember Premium version” too.

Hey Bro, I submitted ticket 2 days before but still not reply. Ticket no: 031402

Since the new Armember Update, my members are paying and the transaction is even noted in the armember profile. Yet the plan is changed to a no access plan because apparently they haven’t paid. This means somehow payments are not recognized properly and users lose access despite paying.

Were you able to fix this in 6.7 of Armember?

When a Subscription type membership plan is not renewed, ARMember temporarily suspends the membership plan. You can check the list of suspended members from the ARMember -> Manage Members page using the status filter. With your most recent update when the forgot password feature is used instead of sending a password reset email, it displays “SPAM DETECTED”. Can you get this fixed from your end, it was never there until I upgraded to your new version.

I have an old version of ARMember 5.0. When I tries to update it to the new version 6.6 (also tries 6.5.1) then all transaction detail as well as membership plans of previous members are not showing up after upgrade. Is there a proper way to upgrade for 5.0 to 6.6 without loosing any data? (I did the upgrade by copying the new plugin data to the WP plugins folder) Thanks!

We have been trying to get some questions answered for weeks now and can’t get any reply. The support from this team is concerning. We want to know if the license covers the root domain as well as a sub domain. We have our test site on a sub domain of our main site and need any plugin we use to function simultaneously on both the root domain and sub domain. Will it function properly?

Also, how customizable are the member profile URL’s? Can they be ‘domain.com/members/username’?

So for add ons too? That doesn’t make a lot of sense to have to pay double on a recurring fee just to be able to test out the functionality. Especially when it’s the same domain, just dev.domain.com vs domain.com. Is this something you can work on? We wouldn’t be paying for any add ons that we have to pay twice for.
