I regret to say that my experience with Perfex support has been incredibly disappointing. From the beginning, their response to my issues has been nothing but a series of messages and links that offer no real solutions. Every time I reach out for help, I am met with generic responses that do not address the specific problems I am facing.

What’s more frustrating is that they have refused to access my system to understand and resolve the issue directly. This hands-off approach is entirely ineffective, especially for more complex problems that require a detailed, hands-on investigation. As a result, even minor errors remain unresolved for extended periods.

This lack of practical support is a huge mistake on their part. It makes me question the value of purchasing from Perfex in the first place. If they cannot handle small issues, I shudder to think what would happen if a significant problem arose.

Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied and would caution others against investing in Perfex. Their support is unhelpful and does not provide the necessary assistance to ensure their product functions correctly. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

Do you offer customization services? I like the CRM, but I want to integrate some school management features. Please let me know if you offer such services. thanks

Hello, I have a few inquiries. We’ve recently acquired and integrated the CRM, procurement software, HR, and Translation modules, all of which have met our needs exceptionally well. I’m wondering if there’s a module available for Request for Quotation? One where clients can seamlessly submit their requests directly into our software system. Additionally, are there features for email integration? Essentially, we’re looking for a solution where our work emails can be seamlessly integrated within the software. Users should have the flexibility to respond to emails either directly from Prefex or from their email client, with both avenues syncing seamlessly to prevent any data loss.

Hi, I’m really interested in your app. I did some testing on the demo and there is one thing that restrain me from buying. It’s about tax rates. My business is located in Québec, Canada. We are obliged to 2 tax rates and one of them is 9.975% (not 9.97% neither 9.98%). Seems like 3 digits after comma are not possible in PerfexCRM. In my case, and for all Quebec businesses, it’s a no brainer !! Is this something that can be fixed before I buy ? Or at least within the scope of a few weeks ? Thanks

Sorry guys, my presale question did not require an extensive research on your side. If you cannot even respond to that, I cannot even imagine how long I will have to wait for real life support !! Your product looks really nice. Your support seems inexistant !

in the file manager, I cannot open folders, nothing works, double clicking, open on the menu, right click open, nothing, so I can only upload and select file sin the root. Is there a fix for this?

I would be happy to pay for support if it was worthwhile. But to date every time I have done so, I just end up waiting weeks and weeks for every time, and then my support expires and you close tickets so I cannot even reply to them. I then have to pay for support again just to re-ask the same question and go through the same process again.

A pre-sale question

1. For customization, can we build a custom template that overrides the default template, similar to what we do in WordPress by creating the child theme and add customization to the templates created in the child theme so that we do not have to make changes to the original code? Keeping the original code as is will be good for future updates.

2. I have already added the product + extended 6-month support to the cart, and I know that support does not include customization, which is okay. But if we have to customize, will you guide us on how to go about the specific customization, as this is your product and you know the best. Here I am not talking about the detailed customization code, but kind of guiding possible steps

3. Just like “Leads,” is there a module for “marketing” and “products/services” so that when a lead is contacted primarily, it can be passed to the marketing team, and then upon closure, it can be passed to the product/service department/team? If not, then how can we achieve this?

4. Can we create custom statuses or edit the existing status (new, contacted, qualified, etc.)?

When i select permission for contact, it keep showing please wait….... without any action. but if i register the contact without selcting any permission it will create the contact within seconds. what might be the issue
