I have seen a lot of people complaining about the GeoIP error and you didnt have any guide on your script to address this.

Please how do we fix “The address 102.215.57.121 is not in the database.” This was after the last update.

Also our automation stopped working after the last update

Can I use this system on a cPanel Shared Server with SendGrid Transaction emails API ?

Many of our clients are running Acelle Mail on a shared hosting environment without any problem. Acelle is shipped with an Installation & Getting Started guideline for cPanel or unmanaged server/VPS. It is included in the guideline/ folder of the software package you download from CodeCanyon

You can go to the guideline/ folder, double click on the index.html file to open it on your PC’s browser. Just check it out and let us know if you cannot get it to work, we are willing to help then.

Your system looks like it needs updating. AWS connection keeps timing out. You have no help guide on your website. I love the software but really becomming a big issue.

GeoIP Error The address 10.27.16.78 is not in the database.

fleximailco Swift_TransportException: Connection could not be established with host email-smtp.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com :stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to tcp://email-smtp.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com:587 (Connection timed out)

It sends emails then stops after about 1 minute and says time out. We have added IP to Amazon, updated login and permissions. Really need an update and working help guide.

Could you explain the logic of billing calculation (quota and expiry date) behind the “change plan” feature? For instance, if a customer switches from a Premium plan at $20/month to a Basic plan at $10/month, I’ve noticed that they don’t incur additional charges, but their service is extended by a few days, though not a full month. Is there a pro-rated calculation involved, and if so, how does it work?

How can you track and view recipients that have opened or clicked on a link in the email sent ? Please share with screenshots so i can see.

There you will be able to see OPEN / CLICK rate, your recipients’ LOCATION, COUNTRY, BROWSER TYPE as well as many other helpful pieces of information. I’m talking about to view the specific email that opened or clicked a link in the email sent out and from which location they opened an email or clicked a link in the email etc…

Your script only shows the general percentage of open and click rate. But it does not show the specific recipient that opened an email or clicked in an email and the the location of the recipient etc…

Dear @maurywilliam654. You can go to the Campaign Statistics Report, then choose “Sending Logs”, then “Open/Click Log”. There you will be able to see the list of open or click as well as the other detailed information (IP address, location, time). See my screenshot below

Hi, is this project still maintained? I see that the last update was 5 January 2024, the replenish feature from the admin section still is not working and is there any way to auto renew plans without payment received?

whats the difference between sending domain and tracking domain?

What happens if neither of these are setup, does it use a default?

I got this error in the demo when trying to create a trakcin domain – ERROR: The directory [/storage/app] must be writable by the web server.

How does the recurring memberships work for cstomers? I dont see a section to mnage and pay for memberships in the demo. Any front pages included?

While sending domain is a MUST in order to comply with internet standard as well as to make sure your emails are delivered to INBOX, rather than SPAM folder. Hi, I have Acelle for long time now and this is first problem I got as I remember. When I want to upgrade app I get some kind of error where says that connection is not safe etc. If anyone has some kind of solutions it would be great. ty

Dear @Avenger1. Thank you for your interest in our product and for reaching out to us. Acelle comes with an Upgrade Manager which allows you to perform a live upgrade to any newer version.

It is a Quick & Live upgrade without you having to reinstall the web application. Users’ data and application’s settings are preserved.

You can login to the admin area, then go to Settings > All Settings > Upgrade Manager, and follow the instructions there to proceed with the upgrade.

Just let us know if you run into any issue.

I have many sending servers, but i want to force a customer/user to use a specific sending server! How to do that ?

It is a CONFIGURABLE SETTING and you can turn on or off. i.e. you can set it up so that your users can add their own sending servers (private) instead of using a shared sending server added by the admin. I have a mail server that I want to use for client subaccounts. Is it possible to verify the domain (DKIM) at the administrator level? Because when I add the domain to be verified in the client accounts, it creates multiple DKIM keys with the same selector. I also sent you a message via the support form.
