Hi, i recently did updates on my website and now when a new subscriber is submitted to Mailster (integration) the confirmation page is not shown anymore. The subscriber is added correctly to the corresponding list and the double opt in email is send but the popup just stays there which is really confusing for users. Once i remove the mailster integration everything is working normally.
Any thoughts on this?

Update: If you submit the data after the native double opt in feature it actually works.
Please extend support period and provide access to WP dashboard and URL where I can see the popup. I’ll check what’s wrong there.

My Green Popups don’t work on mobile phones. I’ve looked at the information at https://greenpopups.com/documentation/#chapter-using-popups which seems like it might be useful for a high level developer but it wasn’t useful for me.
Please provide me with easy to understand instructions on how I can create separate popups for desktops/mobiles and assign them to be displayed on relevant devices.

I was able to get the new popup to appear on a mobile phone. I achieved this by configuring the Targeting in the Green Popups administration.
The same popup is popping up when viewed on my computer and also on my mobile phone. How can I have it only popup in a mobile phone? Thank you.

Sorry, could not answer earlier. Since a while all of my remote popups from multiple sites failed. I did not took notice when exactly this happened because I did not checked them. I thought you deprecated this function. Installed a fresh site for testing which did not worked. I saw in developer console that the script on the remote site says ready to go but no popup appears. What I noticed is that the popup appeared only while editing the site in elementor. On frontend/homepage nothing happens. The main site where the plugin is installed is working fine.
Please extend support period and provide URL where I can see the problem.
Hello, I’m using your popup to trigger another popup (when Mailchimp fields are filled in) which has a free shipping coupon code on it. Is there any way to make the coupon code easily ‘copyable’ – ie on mobile you double tap it and it selects the text? At the moment it’s quite trick to select only the coupon code.
Unfortunately, tehre is no such feature.

I want to use this plugin with a CRM not listed, but it can use a webhook to pull the data if one is possible.
Also, is it possible to use another form (Elementor, WPForms, Gravity Forms) with this plugin instead of the built-in form builder? This would actually be great if webhooks are not available.

I understand that the plugin is compatible with RTL (right-to-left) language support, which is fantastic. However, I have a question regarding its multi-language capabilities.
1-Is it possible to display the subscription form in multiple languages on the website so that visitors can see it in their preferred language? For example, if a visitor is viewing the website in Spanish, can the subscription form be displayed in Spanish, and similarly for other languages?
2-after we collect our subscribers emails can we use WP Mail SMTP by WPForms and microsoft 365 for Email Marketing Integrations or do you suggest or recommend affordable integration and price is important

This is known issue. What do we have to do to extend support if this is already a problem. I can bring up the windows or pop-ups while in WIFI or hard wired internet connection, but if i use it with my phone with DATA, the pop ups are blocked and they don’t show. I am hoping that you can provide a solution. I don’t want to leave a bad review.

Hi, I am trying to link Aweber account with my popup I am using green popup standalone version but when I try to use the default app Id and use the code generated but gave me this error: Invalid AWeber Authorization Code.
I noticed the “Advanced Form Builder by Halfdata” is showing up under Connected Integrations but on standalone setting page its showing “Invalid AWeber Authorization Code.” and when I try to go popup setting and link list it wont work, Please guide what to do ?
Seems you fixed the issue by updating the script to latest version. 
Where can I see a demo of the sms form that takes a number. Also, does the plugin has the option to send a confirmation code they have to enter to confirm that they in fact have access to the number and not adding someone else’s number ? Do you also have a backend where I can then send messages to the numbers opted in. I checked your demo but could not see the backend for this.

Nope
This is only a suggestion for future features. Since we can create unlimited number of popups, it could be useful for the users to have a way to categorize the different popups, or label them, or have a way to group them by categories for easier search and use. I currently have 6 pages of popups so it makes it a little tedious to refer to older popups to reuse them or duplicate them.
