Sorry Raj i don’t have support for this plugin. Purchased as bundle in a theme (impreza).
The plugin bundled with a theme doesnt have a direct license . Please note that the direct plugin license provides you with these added benefits: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/faq/what-are-the-benefits-of-direct-license-for-wpbakery-page-builder/ compared to the version received with the theme. If you dont have a direct license with us you need to contact the theme developer to look into the issue .

Hi,
Pre sale question: is it possible to stripe the visual composer shortcodes from a woocommerce product feed? I see visual composer uses shortcodes and not html when exporting which may cause issues with my product feed.
Hello, The WPBakery Page Builder render elements using shortcodes. These shortcodes are stored in database. Unfortunately, it is not possible to strip shortcodes as the elements will fail to render without their shortcodes. However, if the product feed is pulling data from excerpt section, then an excerpt can be manually entered for such products so that it gets displayed instead of default excerpt with shortcodes in it.

Hi, I’m copying another message because this is still happening!!
There is a bug with the WP Bakery Media Masonry grid widget in Firefox when you load the page for the first time (you can replicate it every time you load the page on a private window) the top images are displaying as a mall stripe. Only the bottom ones are displaying correctly but they also overlap the content after it.
how can it be?? I need to roll back. When are you going to fix this? thank you.
We are aware of the issue and this fix should be out in the next release . Kindly give us some time for a fix .

hi, thanks. I see that in the release 7.6 the firefox issue is marked as resolved; still, it’s not working properly: the first couple of rows in a masonry grid are displayed correctly, the rest still has the old problem.
(as soon as you select the “height mode: original” in the grid builder template with the featured image on background option active the grid stop working correctly. I hope this could be helpful in a way. I guess you can easily reproduce the error

Hi, you can easily replicate the error on a stage site. please do that! I (unfortunately!) update a live site and had to roll back to a functioning version … so I’ve nothing to show (I hope you understand). Then I could replicate the issue on a test site (installed in local). But the bug is there! thanks
We need an option to disable the SEO function of WPBakery.
Hello, The SEO feature does not alter the content SEO if it is not used. It is currently not possible to disable it. However, we might have such an option in future.

Understand that, but it’s still something that we should be able to disable. It’s an unnecessary feature
Hey, guys! I noticed in the last 2 versions of the plugin (7.4 and 7.5) that when I create a new row or element, the window scrolls down to that particular element, like a html anchor jump. Can I disable this behavior? Thank you!
Hello, This is a new feature introduced in recent releases to prevent any additional scroll when a new element is appended to the content. Unfortunately at present it is not possible to disable this behavior.

Thank you. I use your plugin on many websites, due to it being bundled with themes that I use. Please, please make this feature optional via a setting. I’m editing websites on a desktop with a 27” monitor and I really don’t need the jumping, because I have all the page contents within the screen. And I know other people in the same situation. I know we are not direct customers, but we work with WPBakery every day and have always recommended it over Elementor. So, please, try to see this from our point of view – this ‘feature’ is not useful. Thank you for reading this.
Hello! When you upload an image bigger than 2560px, WordPress scales it down, and it shows a link to the original image when you open the Media gallery: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/YiBoB3
For some reason, when WP Bakery is active, that link is missing.
To reproduce the error:
1. Upload a 5k image
2. Click on “Add Media” https://lopezb.d.pr/i/J4xhXj
3. Check the image details
Hello, We tried executing the steps as suggested by you, but we see the original image link on our setup when WPBakery Page Builder is active: https://i.imgur.com/VsOZxw0.png Can you please drop us a message via our profile contact form, so that we can discuss it further incase we miss anything?

Hi! Please see the directions in the first message. The problem does not occur in the default Media Library (your screenshot) but only when opened from within a modal. Did you open the Media Library (the modal) as per the instructions? Ex: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/J4xhXj
Hello, Yes, we tested it within the Media library modal: https://i.imgur.com/bMxTb4o.png

Hello, I use the PORTO theme and there is a great part where I can deactivate or activate certain WPBakery modules, which is great in order to reduce frontend pages and have a faster website. Because it must be said, it is very heavy in terms of code. Is it possible to do this because I also use it with another theme but the theme does not have this option. I saw that I can go to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Administrator > Elements and select the option “custom” access the settings and disable any modules you won’t need for your user role. But will this also reduce the weight of the page on the front end??? THX in advance
Hello, Disabling the element in role manager will prevent it from loading within the editor. Some of it’s code might be loaded from CSS and JS on page output. We are planning to optimise this loading in future, so that only the code related to the elements which are selected will load while excluding the elements which are disabled/not used.

Hello thank you for your answer, so for the moment the code remains loaded in frontend??? I can’t wait for you to consider the possibility of deactivating the frontend code because it is true that this considerably weighs down the pages of a site and this is not good for Google, thank you again and congratulations for your job!
Hi, Pre sale question for Multi-Store Addons for WooCommerce, In single product page Store name + Stock shows. Is that option in your plugin to show sorting bar, user can easily sort by store name alphabetically.
Hello, The WPBakery Page Builder plugin does not have such an option. It might be something added by an add-on or the theme.

Hi,
WPBakery Page Builder is barely working and if that is not enough you are only adding ads and bloat on it. Please remove those anoying ads that your plugin is showing. Also, you are changing them remotely, and this is not a good practice.
Hello, Thanks for the feedback. I will add it to our list so that the ads display can be improved in the future.

Please allow us to disable the ads. It’s really annoying. Yes sure when I click on the x the ad is hidden, but after a few days a new ad is showing. Many customers already ask, how to disable this and if this is spam. So please add a filter, to disable these ads once and for all. I did not purchase this product to then see ads. Thanks!
Hello, Thanks for sharing the feedback. It is on list to improve the ads display in near future.

I’ve installed the Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE) on one of our websites. Everything was fine until i updated the wpbakery page builder to version 7.5. Afterwards there are JS errors on the ASE settings page. When I deactivate the page builder, everything is working fine. Can you please contact the developer and offer a bugfix in the next version?
Hello, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. As of now, our team has not conducted compatibility testing between the ASE plugin and WPBakery Page Builder, primarily due to the absence of prior requests for such integration. Should we receive additional requests for the integration in the near future, we will prioritize its inclusion in our development roadmap. If the developer of the ASE plugin is interested in exploring its compatibility with WPBakery Page Builder, we would be more than willing to provide them with a test version. This will allow them to assess and address any compatibility issues for a smoother user experience.

This is a pre-sales question. Is WP Bakery compatible with PHP 8.X? Until I get around to buying the latest version of WP Bakery I’m using 6.13.0 (came with the theme). Is that version of WP Bakery compatible with PHP 8.X? Many thanks for any help you can provide.
Hello, The latest version of the plugin (7.5) is compatible with PHP 8+. The 6.13 version might not be compatible with PHP 8.1 and 8.2, as we had implemented some compatibility fixes in 7.0 update. You can confirm it on our release log here: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/preface/release-notes/

The error: preg_match(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated” in wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers_api.php:418 was reported 9 months ago and is still present to this day.
How long does it normally take for a bug to proceed from reported by customer, to fixed by developer, to final build release in the development cycle/workflow for WPBakery? Do fixes normally take this long, or how much longer can we expect to wait for this fix?
In regards to the ‘textarea_html’ vc_map() parameter type, why is it still limited to a single field named ‘content’? WordPress implemented a wp.editor javascript class so these WYSIWYG fields can be created incredibly easily, and on the fly. I understand in the past this was a WordPress limitation, but this hasn’t been the case now for years. Will this be changed in the near future or are we looking at development times similar to the above reported issue?
Just to let you know, these incredibly slow development cycles paired with outdated/unnecessary limitations are why Elementor is cutting into your market share.
Hello, Once the issue is confirmed as a bug, it’s bug fix is included in the next update. However, we have not received a ticket related to the error shared by you. If you have already dropped us a ticket via the customer center, then can you please provide us the id of the ticket that was opened?
If the ticket was not previously opened, then feel free to drop us a ticket with the temporary login details and the steps to replicate the issue, so that it can be investigated further to confirm it as a bug.
At present, we do not have plans to make changes to the way textarea_html is rendered within elements. However, I will add your suggestion to our list. This will ensure that if more users are looking for such a change, then we will make sure to implement it.

Any chance the “Editor scrolls to elements as they are added to the page” new feature can be disabled? I’m finding it to be a little annoying.

this is the same visual composer or is another more modern page builder
Hello, The Visual Composer Website Builder and WPBakery Page Builder are two independent plugins. The former works based on react-based layouts while the latter render using shortcodes. You can check detailed differences between the two here: https://help.visualcomposer.com/docs/getting-started/visual-composer-vs-wpbakery/

Hi guys,
Would you consider creating a “load more” or infinite scroll for your plugin that would take advantage of <-page break->?
I use WP Bakery Page Builder extensively and a lot of my pages are very long. I would love to split them into smaller sections that get loaded automatically as users scroll down. This would greatly improve the loading speed. I have not yet found a plugin that can accomplish this with your builder.
Hello, I am afraid, we do not have such a feature planned yet. However, I will add this onto our feature request list.

Thank you. Please do. Such a feature would be a major improvement for speed and performance of lengthy pages. If it were offered as an add-on, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Thank you for the update!
Just a small heads up about a little visual bug in 7.5. Looks like the container controls are now blue but they have a yellow hover and the plus icon has a yellow tip: https://a.cl.ly/12ubLnrQ
I could be wrong, but it doesn’t appear to be intended. Especially since other blue controls have a dark blue hover, not yellow.
Thanks!
