Hi there, I am really confused with the license type to buy and need help pls. I have 3 Travel businesses running with different names and want to take advantage of open source Perfex CRM. Q1: Will I need to buy 3 different regular license(source code) OR can I use one regular license source code for 3 of my businesses, OR 1 extended license or 3 extended? really confused as the last owner of software will be me and the customers are not charged for software.

If I’ll need to buy separate regular license for 3 businesses, I think it will be better to start a SAAS business of CRM. In that case,

Q2: will I need Extended license of both, Perfex CRM and Perfex SAAS module 2? Or can I buy regular license of Perfex CRM and regular license of SAAS module?

I’m really confused because from my understanding, I think I should buy regular license of Perfex CRM as the customers are not charged of software till this point, and then Regular license of SAAS module as it already comes SAAS built-in… I’m really interested in your product, Please help me choose right licensing. 1. You will need one Regular license for each installation.

2. Perfex CRM code is not optimized to work as SaaS, you can bill 1 client per 1 extended license and installation, however, if you are able modify the code to be SaaS optimized, you can do this with the extended license, more info about the licenses can be found here: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard

In this case, get in touch with author of SAAS module to know which item for their item.

I’m attempting to design a personalized contract template by incorporating conditional logic, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. However, Perfex CRM isn’t allowing me to achieve the desired customization. The RichText TinyMCE is rewriting everything I do. Do you have any insights on whether this capability might be available in future updates or versions of the CRM?

The best is to make the changes directly using the editor to ensure your changes are compatible with the changes. Copy and paste from other editors will not work.

What is the reason that everytime I change the environment from “development” to production, it is automatically changes back to “development” only that part of the code changes automatically. Please guide me whats wrong. Thank you

Is there any way to sync Wordpress user database with Perfex? Is a user creates an account on wordpress site that it syncs with Perfex (on subdomain) and vice versa (User created on perfex creates user in Wordpress?) Thanks.

Good morning, I would like to inform you that after the last update, we have noticed that Perfex is slow in the settings area. Additionally, it now requires approximately twice as long to access each tab.

Perfex CRM with Stripe payment iDeal (Netherlands) (In Perfex CRM under settings Payment Service Providers > Tab: “Stripe iDEAL”) resulting in:

The Sources API has been deprecated, and we are no longer allowing new integrations. Please follow our migration guide to integrate with the Payment Intents API: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/transitioning

Support Stripe will end in 2024.

Is there an update coming for perfex crm to be able to continue to use Stripe iDeal as a payment service provider? In the meanwhile i’ll look into tab “Stripe Checkout” to see if the iDEAL option can be added there next to Gpay, Creditcard.

I’ve managed to get iDeal option on the Stripe Checkout page. The “Stripe IDeal as payment option, i can do not. I assume this will be an update on Perfex CRM if not planning on removing this payment option? I hope not.

In the meanwhile; From the Stripe support:

Stripe is in the process of ending support for non-card payment methods integrated via the Sources API. This is because the Sources API has been publicly deprecated since Fall 2021. Recommendation has always been to migrate to the Payment Intents API.

Meaning new accounts after fall 2021 won’t be able to use the function in Perfex CRM under under settings Payment Service Providers > Tab: “Stripe iDEAL”

I assume this isn’t mentioned in the documentation of Perfex? I was still in understanding could use Stripe iDEAL.

Will the Stripe iDEAL (for Netherlands) function become available for new users / any plans to update to Payments Intens API?

The new version is breaking my site. I keep restoring it and it keeps wiping out the database on upgrading. On checking MySQL, the tables seem to have their contents but the dashboard is empty of clients, expenses, quotations, etc.

...is the manual update tutorial still valid to this day?

This is just to confirm that I have resolved my issues by manually upgrading via FTP, as per the tutorial, which is still valid. Cheers

Hello – I have a polite request – please let me know if I can get a REFUND – the owners of the product do not fulfill the support agreement – I will send an e-mail to interested people a conversation with technical support (1 terse answer since last week).

To be precise, from April 29 to today, i.e. April 3, I received 1 e-mail asking for access data to the website – where I saved the data immediately after creating the application.

We still have non-working installed software – after trying to enter the admin – errors – Perfex response “We are not installing the software”. I do not need installation – the software does not work after installation – and this is the subject of the contract.

We solved the problem ourselves – I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing technical support – the help will not help you 100%!

Could you please consider the following points for the upcoming update, as they are daily use features:

1- In the project Gantt section, there is currently no back-page button or list view icon. 2- For the contract and project section, please add a quick view of statistics as per the proposal section. 3- Add a bulk actions button for proposal status updates, similar to the lead section. 4- new features for the support ticket, such as allowing one ticket to have multiple assignees and followers (similar to tasks). 5- Please add an option for customers default currency in the contract value field. 6- if possible, please integrate the Razorpay payment gateway for subscriptions, as it would be highly beneficial. 7- Draft mode when replying to support tickets. As a senior, I often need to draft responses for my juniors separately before finalizing them.

Firstly – I am hope you are good today.

I have a question and maybe there is a configuration I miss. I created an invoice and sent to client which is show in the client portal correctly. However, when logged in as client in the client portal, I do not see an option in the client portal for the client to be able to make a payment against the invoice.

Payment can be done manually in main install on admin but not seeing same ‘payment’ button on invoice in the client portal (main contact) for them to have option to pay against invoice.

Please share how it can be done or link to documentation if available.

I am able to see a pay button for client once I set a payment mode of Paypal. Is this the correct configuration structure or there are other considerations to make sure the Pay option shows in the client portal?

-Do we have the possibility to invoice an order of e.g. 10 products from the original offer 5 products and the rest remain as backorder for the next invoice?

I want this infatuation to remain visible not just edit offer-invoice.
