That’s something you ask your hosting company. You direct them to the article so they can see how the configuration needs adjusted, then they can do it based on that info.
If you’re managing the VPS on your own, then I advise you get ahold somebody that has more experience in a linux environment and they can do the change for you.

I have an issue that I’m not sure about how to address. I find that when customers send email from a domain or email that has issues, instead of the campaign to stop or pause, the mails get delivered using our default system email and in our name. How do I stop this from happening?

I found that, every user can able to add different mails from different campaigns.
If this works, spamming will be high.

By default, MailWizz forces the FROM address to be the one in your delivery server NOT the one you set in your campaign, so you will be fine. This is explained at https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/campaign-comes-wrong-email-address/

When you create your delivery server, you can tell it to always force the reply-to address you set in the delivery server settings, so you can force both, the from email and the reply-to email.

Since the sub-account acts in behalf of the main account, this should be doable if the main account itself has a delivery server set for that email address, with the right settings, and then that same delivery server is selected for delivery when you send a campaign. This is the only way. You might need to only use main accounts and not sub-accounts to restrict this behavior.
For the scenario what I mentioned above, is it possible with customisation?
Sure, everything is possible with custom work, but you’ll need to find a capable developer. We currently can’t take any custom work.

1) You should be able to add any language in the app BUT the support for RTL languages is limited to 0, sorry.
2) You can take the existing payment gateways we have as an example to create one for your country. It should not be difficult.
3) Yes, people can use their gmail account for sending BUT we do not advise this, nor we support it. GMail is not meant for marketing emails.
4) Yes, if your delivery server supports it.

This comes from Brevo not from MailWizz and afaik it is related to your api keys and permissions. Make sure your keys have all permissions and are generated for v3. If this does not fix it, generate new keys and try with those and if that does not do it either, best is to ask their support.

Additionally, this also can happen if the email you use in your delivery server is different from the one in your Brevo account.
