My business uses Gravity Forms for booking services, and I’m interested in knowing if there’s a feature available that allows us to automatically add subscribers from our Gravity Forms booking form to a mailing list. Furthermore, I am looking to set up an automated email system that accomplishes the following:
Sends a reminder email to our clients 24 hours before their scheduled service, informing them that their service is due the following day. Sends another email a few hours post-service, requesting their feedback and guiding them to our review system. If such a functionality exists, I would greatly appreciate a detailed guide on how to implement this in our system. Related to your second question, this seems like basic automations, which MailWizz provides via its Autoresponders feature. MailWizz also offers a Survey feature, which you can use to collect feedback.

I am writing to request a feature enhancement for the Mailwizz platform. Currently, when attempting to import a list of email addresses, Mailwizz does not allow duplicate email addresses within the same list. However, our specific use case requires the ability to accept duplicate email addresses in a list. For instance, we frequently manage subscription-based services where users may have multiple accounts associated with the same email address. For example, parents register life insurance for children under their email address. In such cases, it’s crucial for us to be able to import these email addresses into Mailwizz without restrictions. Creating multiple lists to resolve this issue would be quite tedious for us. Therefore, we kindly request that you consider implementing a feature that allows users to import lists with duplicate email addresses. This would significantly enhance the flexibility and usability of the Mailwizz platform for our specific needs. You’ll have to open a support ticket and include ssh access so we can take a look, there can be multiple reasons but given most of people upgraded just fine, it has to be something specific to your network maybe and I can only understand what if I login and check myself.

Thank you. I was about to submit a ticket but mailwizz finally updated successfully. We haven’t changed anything on the server. It was failing for 2 weeks trying every day and then updated. It almost feels like the download was timing out. https://prnt.sc/B8GNM3GU7qAx
It’s interesting, if you see last message from your initial image at https://prnt.sc/AT9fa8MRKY9S and you check the code, you can see that message happens right after the download when we check if the file has been properly written to disk, so after curl is used to download the image.
Anyway, I guess we can also increase server size on our end to see if that fixes the issue as well, we have quote a number of people doing auto-updates, so this might help.

For the UI/US—there will be no change in the near future for sure. MailWizz is focused on functionality not on good looks.

Can you answer me here? If I set a hourly limit of 20000 I’ll not send 20000 emails to smtp server? If so, they will continue discard 16k…. Because they only accpet 4k per hour.

The correct answer is you can edit your delivery server and set a hourly limit there of 4000 emails, this way, even if you send to 100k contacts, MailWizz will only send 4k emails/hour using that delivery server. Just make sure your campaign only uses that server for sending. If you have multiple servers, you can tell MailWizz to use a specific one for a specific campaign(see https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/how-do-i-choose-which-delivery-server-to-use-for-a-campaign.7491/ )

1. In a SaaS model using only the Amazon SES API, customers wanting to send emails using their own domain must configure their sending domain.
2. The “Max. campaigns” setting limits the number of campaigns that can be active or created, not the total historical campaigns. Changing the value does not affect accounts with a history of sending over 100 campaigns if the setting is applied to future campaign creation or active campaigns only.
