Hello, I have been playing around a bit with the demo, also played around with an 3rd party addon (shop addon). Everything looks great but before purchasing I need to know:
In my country, when we sell IT products B2B, the tax/vat must be 0% when the amount is above 10k eur net.
Now I know we are able to add more tax rates but how can we automate this process, so when a customer orders amount above 10k eur net the system should automatically pick the 0% tax, when below 10k net automatically 21%, both tax rates are inserted in settings.

Hello – I installed this CRM three times – each time I received error 500 – I reported the problem to support. But sorry about post-installation problems at the beginning.

Is it possible for the client to see the task activity?
In the demo I can only see the general activity of the project, but it is difficult to filter when task X was started.\
This would be good to know when it started, when the state changed and other relevant data about that task.

After updating to version 3.1.5 all tasks filters disappeared and now is showing all tasks with all status. If you try to click the filter Icon it does not have any of the preset filters.
Please release another update to correct this. I just read other posts by other members and they are experiencing the same issue. Please update fast is disrupting many people who use this great tool for work and get tasks completed.

Hello; After the update, the filtering section has changed. This is good for filtering by date, but it is difficult to quickly filter assigned peoples. Is there a chance to open the old filtering menu along with this new menu? Or is there a any way to quickly filter leads by assigned salesmans like the old menu?
