You can create those via the app and admin panel.

I personally use(d) the premium plans, but this would be totally up to you
In case you are knowledgeable with servers, you can get more worth for your money if you go with DigitalOcean directly (but you do not get the control panel that cloudways offers) – thats what I do. But again, the servers are the same, as the provider of the servers for Cloudways is DigitalOcean as well.

Hello team,
We keep facing a particular issue anytime we update to a newer version. Our logos, QR codes, images we have on the Biolinks, they always tends to be missing after the update. This always leads to an error in the img area.
Even the image on the “Powered by” in the footer also disappears leaving the alt text.
We always need to start uploading images again for them to be visible. Kindly look at this from your end if its a generic bug.

There is no generic bug on this, as no one has this issue, not even me when I am updating my own instances and demos.
The problem is how you actually update – potentially removing your current images in some way. The thing is that I do not know how you update more specifically, and I’m not able to tell you what you might be doing wrong as I did not see the update process you did.

This is most likely due to your mod_security extension throwing a false positive.
A 500 error can be something else, but I can’t know what exactly you have on your server without actually checking it out.

ok, I have couple of more questions
1. How to modify the landing page or create a new one? main page as I understood is this one: https://66biolinks.com/demo/ So, if I buy a script, this is the page that will be visible to the end user. But in the demo or admin panel – I don’t see anything closely resembling this page? All I see is the classic WYSWI editor with bunch of fields like title… this is not the place to create a decent page. So, do I need to know the code and actually go inside the files to modify landing pages, creating new ones?
2. Biolink templates – there is none. It just states in the demo “use our prebuilt templates” https://ibb.co/2WVssrs – did you make any templates just to demonstrate?
3. Main Navigation – I don’t understand this either, is it inside the code somewhere, cause I don’t see anything related to main navigation (add, remove, rename, rearrange menu items)
In general I’m more concerned about the pages, normally, I’d need about us page, contact, our team, etc… full pages with videos, graphics – but with the inbuilt system it’d be difficult to add anything decent not to mention lack of responsiveness (how it’ll look on a mobile) – do I need to upload custom css with media queries, classes for styling?.
it would be nice if you could create a ticketing support system for yourself and make threads public (if users want) that way I’ll be able to see their questions and your solutions to the issues they experience. That way I’ll have much less confusion and you more time improving the project as oppose to answering my noob questions all the time.

1 – You can either modify the original landing page via the code (but you need to know coding) or redirect to a custom created one.
2 – In the demo, there are none, I will add some in the future update – but those can be created from the admin panel.
3 – You can add more pages via the admin panel, but to modify the default ones – you can do that via the code.
4 – In general, the things you do not see as being features in the product app or admin panel, it means the feature is not there.
5 – There is no need for a public or private ticketing system, as these comments are public and doing exactly that.

do you have another form of documentation other than this https://66biolinks.com/docs/ It’s just I’m a newbie, and concerned about technical part of the website as well, starting from SMTP configuration, changing domain, to passing page speed (mobile) on Google not to mention caching, gzip, cdn, cloudflare, etc… with wordpress it’s easier, but with custom scripts…. well have never tried… so my obvious question would be what exacltly is included in the “paid installation service” in your documentation? Is it just installing a droplet on DigitalOcean basic one and uploading the files or you offer a full scale deployment including necessary configuration + caching and module to pass page speed … it’s weird to see a page with 2 buttons and a yellow background that couldn’t pass page speed mobile test

Unfortunately – no, documentation for all those things are not included – as these things are related to general knowledge, for which you can simply do a google search (about SMTP, about caching, etc…)
In the installation service, it is mentioned exactly what it is included right in the documentation. It has nothing to do with passing page speed.

trying the demo as a normal user – I don’t get the purpose of the vcard section – what it’s for if I have a QR code section. Also you recommend cloudways – but it’s owned by DigitalOcean – do you have tutorials on how to install the code on a DO droplet? All I see is Cloudways (which is abnormally expensive) or shared hosting …..would be nice to see DigitalOcean tutorials – they have marketplace https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/ filled with full stack droplets but I never installed anything except wordpress

1 – The Vcard section is different compared to the QR code.
The QR code one embeds a Vcard inside of the QR code data – the Vcard link generates a link that you can share.
2 – I do not have a tutorial for a DO droplet, as there are already a ton of tutorials on setting up a DO droplet from scratch on their own community tutorials website on DO.
After you are done with the main DO setup from scratch, the installation process for the script is the same as with the other tutorials.

Some features can be disabled completely per whole site, via the admin panel – settings page
But others can only be limited by plans, and not actually disabled / hidden
In case you need such things, it can be solved with a few code changes

Hi Fabian ..Small question about Deep Link. Have setup an Instagram deep link works well if Instagram app installed. However, if no app installed it takes you to app install page or blank browser page. Is there a way it can redirect to Instagram profile on browser if no app installed and take to app if installed.
