If we have a project and set this one TASKS HOURS BASED ON TASKS HOURLY RATE Normaly all tasks inside this project are calculated and all stats are calculated too this is working fine. But if we create a Support ticket inside this project AND inside this ticket we create Task or multiple tasks this is not calculated ? Could you please check this BUG ?

1. The export button cannot be disabled specifically for the leads table, but you can disable export functionality for all non-admin users in Setup->Settings->Misc->Tables.
2. Bulk actions can be performed on records the staff is able to see, currently there is no ability to disable bulk actions for tables.

EASY FEATURE REQUEST I’ve been using Perfex since 2017 and I’ve always really liked it. I just think I could improve some features a little that wouldn’t require much work or time to develop. Here are some feature requests that don’t need modules to solve:
>> Multiple pipelines. << Today many companies use Inside sales, and the sales funnel of an SDR is different from a CLOSER and different from Customer Success.
There could be a way to create, edit, delete different funnels (pipeline) and assign categories to agents for each type of funnel.
It would be the >>automation of Leads<<:
If an action such as status, note or task on the lead is performed (created, deleted, edited) then do an automatic action such as: change the status of the lead, add a note, create a task) simple things within the system, to something more An elaborate module would be better, but simple things could have this function.
>>Automatic lead distribution<<
For each new lead that arrives in the CRM, you can activate the option in the lead configuration, “Distribute leads automatically?” Then it would automatically deliver the leads to the selected agents, seeking to perform a queue and equal distribution without repeating the lead to an agent without everyone having received it. In this function, you can choose whether the order is random or alphabetical and whether there is an agent who should prioritize delivery or receive more leads than others and define how many more.
This way, every time a new lead was created, this distribution to the sales team would be automatic, essential in a CRM nowadays.
>> Multiple pipelines. << For exemple: On lead setup menu, create, delet or edit funnels and lead status become a sub menu from lead funel because every funnel has diferent status on the sales journay. And also add agents related to the each funil,like a dropdown multi selecte menu.

I’m not sure of the purpose of this comment, are you trying to get my attention to provide support even when your support has expired?
FYI, there are 15 000 active installations using PHP 8.0+, 4000 are on php 8.2, and PDF generation works perfectly fine.
Our demo is on PHP 8.1, and PDF generation works.
If you check TCPDF PRs and commits from the past year, you will be able to see that they have made tons of enhancements for PHP 8.0.

I’m evaluating Perfex and Rise for my design agency. Where my customers need to have the following features. 1. Customers pay a monthly (stripe) subscription upon account registration. 2. Customers need to be able to create projects themselves. 3. Customers need to be able to create milestones themselves. 4. Customers need to see the tasks in a kanban view with task statuses as columns. (To do, doing, review, done)
Is perfex capable of these features natively, with plugins, webhooks, zapier, make.com, wordpress plugin etc.?
Unfortunately these features are not available in Perfex CRM, you will need to customize your installation in order to achieve this.
