Pre-Sales question. I am currently using Perfex CRM, wish to get another license and have a query regarding the functionality related to generating PDF documents for cash payments.
I understand that Perfex CRM allows for the recording of cash payments, but I would like to inquire if there is a built-in feature or setting that enables the generation of PDF documents specifically for cash payment records. Essentially, I am seeking to customize the PDF template used for cash payments to ensure that the generated documents clearly indicate they are for cash payments, rather than invoices.
Could you please confirm if Perfex CRM offers such functionality? If not, do you have any recommendations or best practices for achieving this customization within the system?

Well done with the script. It is very well polished.After applying a credit note in your demo, nothing happened. No “credit note successfully applied” or “Would you like to remain on the Record Payment page or return to the View Invoice page?” (where credit note was applied to)
Make sense? It just leaves you hanging not knowing whether to apply another credit note, thus duplicating the credit!
So currently, if I click Cancel will that cancel the previous credit note entered? Or …? Should I click Save? It is not very clear. Is this an issue with the Demo restrictions??
It is a shame you cannot just “Apply Credit” and then click Full or Partial or Cancel. You have to enter the amount which introduces human error and extra steps. But if you could just apply a credit from the invoice, without first having to go to the credit note and linking it to an invoice (when already linked to a client), then that would make much easier and sensible, when a credit note needs to be applied.

Before changing the base currency, please make sure that the currency is not used in any invoice, estimate, credit notes, expenses, proposal etc… as well customer profile default currency.

Would you please consider updating this to include RAM, I/O, and whether a caching system is preferred / compatible?
I had some bugs using the demo:

Teen tiny bug. Adding groups on knowledge base articles. Hitting save button triggers no action visually, nor a message that group is created. Many copies of one group were created as a result.Now I have to spend the time deleting all of them, LOL. Windows 11, current, Firefox 123.0.1

A useful feature to consider for a future release. When setting up a recurring invoice for a future date, the Activity Log for the invoice shows its creation but nothing more. As the invoice date is in the future, when CRON runs each day to presumably process any recurring invoices with a date equal to the current date and sends these via email. There is not entry in the Activity Log or E-Mail tracking showing that the system automatically sent the invoice. Clients can claim they have not received it and I cannot prove otherwise.

You can check this directly in the invoice activity log, if it’s sent, there will be a log related to “Invoice sent to customer by CRON”.

Hi, I just installed my support site. When I test creating a ticket to my testing client account, the client and admin receive email notifications. Is it normal for the system that when there is a new reply from clients, it will show on the bell icon next to the clock icon? Am I missing something in the settings? Thank you.

Hi, I am interested to buy but I’ve found an Issue related to Currency Setup. We’re based in Muscat, Oman and our default currency is OMR which required 3 denominations after ”.” .. Example, 1.100 , 2.200 OMR .. I have checked demo and tried to add OMR currency which was successful. but the denominations remain 2 after ”.” e.g. 1.10 .. is there any solution for it?
