How to remove the ability to edit old messages in support. Otherwise, the employee can take and change all the messages of customers to his taste. That’s not the case.

I have updated to latest version and it is failing to convert the proposal to invoice, nor it is creating invoice. I don’t have support renewed but need help if you can. Other things are working, it seems. But not the invoice module

1. As I explore the ins and outs of licensing, I find myself at a bit of a crossroads between the regular and extended options. Right now, my plan is to kickstart this CRM adventure within my agency’s subdomain, dreaming of expanding it into a full-fledged SaaS platform, or CRM, called Offic*.oi. Can you lend some advice on which license would best suit this journey? Should I stick with the regular or go all out with the extended?

2. Also, I’m mulling over the hosting side of things. Currently, I’m cozy with Hostinger’s Shared Hosting, but I’m a tad worried about how well it’ll play with the script. Would upgrading to a VPS server help avoid any future headaches? And if so, what perks would I gain from making the switch?

3. Looking ahead, I can sense the need for flexibility as our client base grows. If a client, whether an agency owner or anyone else, wants to swap out our subdomain for their custom domain, how can I smoothly make that happen?

4. In the world of payments, having a variety of payment gateways is crucial. Can the script seamlessly integrate with SSLCOMMERZ, BttPay, Authorize.net, PaySpace, or 2Checkout? This feature is essential for our day-to-day operations.

Finally, we have chosen Perfex CRM along with its three modules: Perfex CRM, Perfex CRM SaaS Module, Perfex CRM Wallet Module, and Perfex CRM Affiliate Module. Here, the total cost is $243, which is a significant sum for us. The entire expense of implementing Perfex CRM and all of its components seems a little daunting. Exist any special deals or packaged packages that could ease our agency’s budgetary burden?

obviously have no idea about their own system. Such a design change cannot be carried out with the file.

Hello, I was testing the demo site and I see that the subscription area does not include offline payments, like we have some clients who pay in cash and we wish to select offline payment method in that case. Is there option available to this or I missed something?

I can see a major but on your tool. I thought you will fix that with last release but it was not done.

When you open public ticket form, it doesn’t open correctly for some tickets. Even you can check that in your demo. Open https://perfexcrm.com/demo/admin/tickets/ticket/2 and https://perfexcrm.com/demo/forms/tickets/fe01ce2a7fbac8fafaed7c982a04e229, uyou will see both are different tickets.

Also, I was expecting few more features in your last update, can you confirm if you are going to consider this. If not, I have have to switch over to other tool. Below are the features I am talking:

- Can we have an option to reply as note for support ticket so that will be visible only to staff. Current note doesn’t allow us to write under last reply or particular reply of support ticket. This can have a mention staff feature too.

- Auto conversion from proposal to invoice. Can this feature be added where I the proposal can automatically be converted as invoice when user accept proposal?

I have been using PerFex for last 3 years but above improvements I have been waiting for long but I am disappointed now as these important features were not considered.

1. Perfex CRM code is not optimized to work as SaaS, you can bill 1 client per 1 extended license and installation, however, if you are able modify the code to be SaaS optimized, you can do this with the extended license, more info about the licenses can be found here: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard

2. Any server that meets these requirements https://help.perfexcrm.com/server-requirements/ works fine with Perfex CRM, size/hosting plan of the hosting depends on your specific requirements.

3. Perfex CRM code is not optimized to work as SaaS, if you manage to get it working as saas you will need to get intouch with the developer of the SAAS integration.

4. Perfex CRM already comes with 2Checkout, Authorizenet, the best is to explore the demo at https://perfexcrm.com/demo/admin to learn more.

5. As the modules are owned by different authors, you will need to get intouch with the authors of the items for promotional offers.

I have been checking the demo. There is no place from where customers can update their credit card on subscriptions? I create a customer and subscription and logged in but still nothing. The credit card menu item does not display as mentioned in this article. Do you have this functionality or am i mistaken?

Actually its not. You can check it yourself on your demo. I did a purchase with a test card 4242 but still its not.

Also the subscriptions do not allow to be bulk products i.e. more than 1 product in a subscription.

I configured and enabled the stripe key. I have Stripe Checkout checked on my bill, but I don’t see a payment button on my bill. why?
