i clicked DISABLE FLOATING ICON in settings, but still showing bot in homepage .

...but we assume your search feature calls WP methods/API or not? We could build our own website search. The question is about integration with your chatbot. The other question remains ie do you have now/in development a training module that would build it’s knowledgebase on specific traiing data ie content of a private website? TIA

2. You can use Simple Text responses from the plugin or OpenAI to train the bot with your own data. Training with OpenAI requires an addon

Hi, I was testing your Conversational Form Builder Pro demo. I would like to know if this is possible that I am showing client’s multiple select boxes and based on the particular selections it sends email notification to particular mail IDs.
For example, I am showing customers “Domain support”, “SSL support”, “Website support” . If client selects SSL support, then it sends email to “sslsupport@mydomain.com”.
