Hello, After the update, all tasks are now displayed in the projects. Previously, the completed tasks were hidden. How can I restore the original status? It would be good if the settings were not simply changed after an update.
Then I have another problem. I create a customer and click on Create contact. But instead of creating a contact for this customer, I return to the overview, the customer has been saved, but I now have to search for it manually to add a contact to it.
These are two things that occurred after the update and are annoying.
I hope to receive feedback on how to improve these bugs.

1. You can create a new default filter that applies this rule and everything should work fine.

When creating proposals, we can use templates. The template editor is similar to Word. Is there any way we can create a template like PowerPoint (essentially, ensuring styling per page with our proposed details)?

You can’t create filter by customer. We want to filter Invoices,Payments,Expenses by Customers

I’d like to create a lead when a prospect fills my WordPress website contact form. I need to keep using my contact form plugin, I can’t use the form that Perfex CRM creates to do this. Is this possible? If so, how?
Also, is it possible to create a contract that the client has to sign when they are at my shop and then send the signed contract to their email automatically?

The easiest way is to embed this service in an iframe or if they have API, you will need to create a module that will be wrapper around their API, otherwise, I don’t think that will be possible.

This is already enabled by default when a customer opens a ticket. Perfex CRM sends the “New Ticket Opened – Autoresponse” email template.
Make sure that this template in Setup->Email Templates is enabled.

Any chance you can add option there to select which task status will send to the customer? I don’t want to spam the customer with endless emails whenever i start on task, finish it and start again or need feedback. Simple solution getting that array from settings somewhere would be awesome.
