Do we have any recent updates? Some orders disappear mysteriously, they are not reaching the cashier to clear them. The waitress has a print out of an unpaind invoice which she submitted to cashier but the cashier can’t see it even after searching using the order number!

mezaaexpress May be you are see that because those both items were select for same printer. To achieve your need you just need to create different kitchen with different category of product/foods. Then the item will print in diffent printer Thanks!

How to change table? (When customber decided to change table 3 to table 5)
select the order, go to table, remove the order number from table 3 by clicking on delete button, and then add the order number to table 5 thanks

OK just seen a huge problem, I hope you fix as i cannot buy until this is.
I set a table for four, Each person wants to order fish and chips, I can not add four orders for fish and chips! Your system only allows one person to order multiples so i can order 4x fish and chips – This is NOT how a café / food business works.
What if one person wants salad, the other wants season fries, the other wants what ever they want? So when I add extra order it needs to be a separate item, so each person can have what they want.
The same happens if two friends come to buy coffee, Your system does not allow one to have it with milk and one to have without milk .
As I said, major design error and can’t understand why it would be made like this, otherwise it is almost the best POS for food business out there , but this makes it unuseable – will be simple fix if using PHP / codeignightor
The feature you are talking about was in this system 5 years ago, we made this system same like you are talking. But after getting lot of complains we needed remove that feature (you can tell we did that by force of our majority count of clients) but still that is accomplishable as an additional customization. please contact whatsapp: +8801812391633 if you want to customize thanks
ok, not sure what business they were in , but when you go to shop to buy coffee with your friends I guess you don’t both have the same? – So you can never buy your friend a coffee, in one purchase , you would need to make two purchases.

QR code and payment are on the demo, why customisation? I thought they were a feature, but I think I will look elsewhere for software hat has basic feature and not charge for that. I wish you all the best
