Hi, on every page there is an error popup (alert) on every action, its been 2 days no one is replying on ticket. also its offline not coming back to online mode.

KOT is also not printing at all. why there are so many bugs.

Hi, Sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties. But it is not a bug in the system, we made it in this way. The way it is implemented follows how any restaurant works usually. No one can see other’s orders and only the admin can see. Otherwise(the way you want) I understand it is your need but that is a massacre of a restaurant when any waiter can see other waiter’s orders, and when something goes wrong, there is no one to blame. That’s why we made this in this way. Hope you understand.Thanks!

Hi there, For this purpose you will need a network printer that will be connected to a PC and also the waiter app should be connected to that pc using IP. Then when you take order from waiter app, that will be printed automatically to the network printer. Thanks!

I would like those who will use the iRestora software to carefully study the errors before using it. Ever since I purchased iRestora, one error after another has always appeared. Errors are caused by not uploading the update file completely. The main section is Report error KOT Print Error Kitchen Error Most.

I have to question how many times iRestora PLUS Update did not go well.

No one can get the update file of iRestora PLUS on codecanyon.net. If the update file contains errors, you will be given this after Support Expired to fix the errors.

Every time iRestora fixes an error, I always ask them to comment that their support is good. That thing is considered wrong.

Hello sir, i bought your script a while back, and started using it immediately, the following release introduced breaking chamges with no option to migrate database.

while it had features i needed in the solution i did not implement it and stopped using the solution. till date i do not have a working deployment of the system.

you recently released v7 of the software, and i planned to implement the same since it fixed all issues i had before and introduced more new features i require, i oprted that i need to deploy the solution.

i tried to install the solution oonly to be told my license is invalid. i try to create a ticket on your ticketing support platform, but i am told i need to renew my support to be able to install the software.

is that really fair to me and any other of your users, that i cant install the software without paying for support, which is almost equal to the amount of buying a new license.

even if i was to buy a new license, would that also get me to the same situations in fuure. i just needed to deploy a testing server, after which i can do a prodcution deployment, i am still unable to have that permitted surely. i have no problem paying for support, and even buying extra licenses, all i need is to be able to install the version i bought, if i am facing other challenges, by right ill pay for support which i understand also helps the developer

it seems the developer is only interested in getting money for support and new purchases, without actually having the customers make use of the script as they require.

you have rightly and outrightly refused to allow me install a product i purchase, of which i do not have any installations of because i have to renew support. fiwn.

any release new update on this month for improvement and etc? as example, monthly reports for z report not only daily, and reports shows totals like purchase report, also to allow discount by entering the supervisor pin while the current user cannot do discount. also apply this to everything that the current waiter or cacher do, it ask them to enter supervisor pin to authorize it.
