You can create a delivery server with a fixed daily quota and assign this delivery server to that campaign, this way not only you’ll be able to control the number of emails that go out in a day, but also their frequency, which might also be something you want to do at some point.

You’ll have to open a support ticket and include backend app url and login so that somebody from the support team can check it.

You’ll need an active support pack to do this, so make sure you renew tour support and remember that it takes up to 24 hours for support to reflect in your forum account at https://forum.mailwizz.com/

Siteground, like any other hosting-provided smtp, is just that a delivery server of type SMTP, which MailWizz supports just fine.

We are currently running the latest Mailwizz version 2.4.4 When I entered my license to RESET it on your system at: https://www.mailwizz.com/reset-license it gives this message:

All done! If we found your license and it is valid, we reset it and you can now use it on a new server.

Also, I tred to open a support ticket on your website, your system indicated my support has expired.

Offering trials isn’t really Envato’s way of doing things, so we can’t really do this.

From past experiences, I know MailWizz works just fine on SiteGround’s servers, we have plenty customers running it there, even larger businesses.

For campaigns, you can do this: https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/campaign-webhooks/

For lists, there’s an extension shipped with MailWizz, List Webhooks, which once enabled, allows you to edit your list pages (subscribe, unsubscribe, etc) and add a webhook url so that when somebody subscribes/unsubscribes you send this data to the given URL.

So the above should cover most use cases.

Please note that if your webhook receiver expects the data in a certain format, you might need to first send the webhook request to a url you control, where you pre-process the data and then send it further to its final destination in the expected format.

It can’t guarantee your emails won’t go to spam as there are too many factors outside of our control.

As far as MailWizz is concerned, it follows all industry standards to keep you out of spam, BUT again, your emails, list quality and sending servers will, in the end, be the decisive factor.

I meant the email provider from where you’re sending your emails, the email provider that you are going to use, and of course the server where you are going to host MailWizz. They all have to be clean without history of sending spam, etc.

This is a good question. For a start, you should know that a template create with a builder will not work when edited under a different builder, exception makes CKEditor where you can edit everything, but the changes you do there rarely can be visible to other builders, except GrapesJS which apparently can read it just fine.

That being said, in order to import templates and use them in Stripo, you need to have your templates in your Gallery over at your Stripo Account and the problem is their Stripo plugin doers not have all the features their in-site builder has, they are missing templates, modules, etc. It is something they are working on, I don’t know when it is going to be ready, but it is entirely up to them, they need to make these things available in their plugin, because we simply don’t have that level of control,

So for now, you are just able to create from scratch and edit them via the plugin.

Check GrapesJS as well, maybe that’s better for your use case.

Regardless, we do include latest versions of these builders, so generally, the way they work and look is entirely dependant on their creators.

The first screenshot is a new addition, it will take some time for stats to collect and show there, you should start seeing data soon though.

For the second one, please make sure you add your Google Maps API key in the settings pages of the extension.

If you can’t see the changelog inside the app in Backend > Misc > Changelog, it might be because of some permission issue.

You can still see the changelog via FTP/FileManager, it’s located in the root of your MailWizz site, called CHANGELOG. Open it with any text editor.
