Im using woocommerce integration add on, but im having an issue.

When users change plan, its not working when the status in Woo is processing, does that mean I have to manually change to complete?

Can this be done automatically? Allow Processing status to upgrade/downgrade user plan?

1. Yes, Register/signin is possible with the ARMember plugin. If you want to use the Conditional field then, you can use through ARForms Plugin + ARForms User Signup addon form to purchase/assign a membership plan. https://www.arformsplugin.com/documentation/user-signup/

Awesome plugin. I’m getting a Critical Error on my WordPress site.

The ARMember Lite is working but when the ARMember Complete Membership plugin is activated the site gets a critical error on WordPress. I am using the latest versions 6.4.2, the Lite version 4.0.24. and have checked the PHP versions 8.1 and 7.4 (which I reverted back to). WordPress is running the latest version as well v. 6.4.2.

When Elementor and ARMember Complete Membership plugins are activated at the same time I get a critical error on WordPress. But when I deactivate the ARMember Complete plugin the critical error goes away. I know that this is the plugin that’s causing the issue.

I’ve tried everything from uninstalling, to reinstalling changing PHP versions and all updates. I can’t seem to get the error to go away. Could someone please help with this? As I don’t know what else to do.

1. If you are referring to WooCommerce product shipping then, ARMember does provide a ARMember WooCommerce discount addon which you can allow to discount on product price per membership plan but if you want to discount on shipping then unfortunately currently it will not possible to achieve.

2. ARMember does provide a Mycred Integration which will allow you to give points to member based on purchase membership plan. Also, you can allow member to use those points for purchase membership plan too.

Due to a bug of the recent update, all newly created recurring subscriptions by our users have been accidentally set to One-Time payment by armember. This has cost us significant money and we’d like to know if there is a way for you to fix the accidental one-time memberships created by armember.

We have updated the plugin and the one-time bug for recurring subscriptions is no longer happening. Therefore it is clear that an update on your end fixed this. Judging by the last 4 updates being “minor bug fixes”, I think updating has fixed the issue.

Please provide support to fix the currently bugged memberships or compensate us otherwise.

well i have pre sale question, i want to sell subscriptions to my audience, i post ebooks in a page that must be restricted only for my suscribers, i will sell monthly, every 6 monts and anually suscriptions, i would like to know if i can manage this, if its connected with woocomerce, if this automatically will stop the acces to the restricted pages as soon as the membership expires, does this have a “my account info” separetely? i want to sell my product in variations, if i use variations, can i add the membership to variations? so i dont have to create a separate product for mont, six month and anually?? so the user select the time in variations and will also work?

Yes, you can achieve your requirements ARMember.

You can restrict the page, posts, custom post types, etc including multiple cycles per membership plan with the ARMember plugin. Regarding WooCommerce, to use WooCommerce checkout purchase, you don’t need to set a membership plan in the WooCommerce product but it will be automatically managed by the ARMember plugin as per the member select the membership plan and cycle so no need to create variations in the product too.

Regarding “My Account info”, yes ARMember does provide various shortcodes to display members’ current membership plan and Payment Transactions details.

I got this plugin included in a theme. I’ve looked at all the documentation but couldn’t find an answer. Our monthly subscription price is 10 dollars at the moment. Last week we’ve increased the price to 12 dollars and emailed all the members informing the change and asked them to cancel their subscriptions if they don’t want to pay the updated price. We’ve made the necessary changes, however the old members are still charged 10 dollars when their subscriptions are renewed. How can we solve this? Should we create a new membership with the new price and assign all members to that? Will their payment / credit card details still be applied and will they be able to make auto-payments? (We’re using Stripe and Paypal). It’s too bad that an option to increase price for the existing members does not exist. Can you help me solve this please?

Once my website officially launched, none of the members are actually logged in, after login, it seemingly logs the member right back out, or not log them in at all. The restricted pages seem to be restricted for everyone including those logged in.

It’s almost like the member plugin and wordpress/woo-commerce aren’t talking to each other. It’s almost like it signs the member up for wordpress and not the member plugin, but that’s not the case because I can see visually that they are a member.

I have ARMember – Complete Membership Plugin installed and it made me install ARMember Lite – Membership Plugin…. are these conflicting with each other?

Have been using this plugin for quite sometime, only now it does not let me login as in wordpress as an administrator, changed the password using phpadmin and ftp and found out if this plugin is disabled only then my password is accedpted otherwise not.

The problem was fixed after disabling Masterstudy LMS plugin. Thank you. I just found out that there is a gpl plugin website by the name plugcart. Your plugin is available on that site for 4$. Does this integrate with Fluent CRM?

Also on the site there’s an “add-on” bundle, but that seems to be for the 35+ modules that are supposed to be included in this license. Am I understanding that correct? Do I also need to purchase the add-on bundle to have access to the all the modules (like the course builder)?
