I have a subscriber with “Email” and “Name” on my list. And his details were passed to Mailwizz through Thrive Automator webhook.
The subscriber submitted the subscription form for the second time, with the same email, but a different name.
The previous first name was “Jeffery,”
His current First name is “Roland>”
But the list is still keeping the Previous name, instead of updating to the current name.
My question is…
1. Is there a direct URL to the “Update Profile Page?”
I want to tag subscribers when they register on my website using Webhook, but the custom field is not updating the details sent from the Webhook

Do other attributes update? What about removing that greater than sign from the name, does that do it?
Are you sure your subscription plugin updates the subscriber? Because if it only tried to create it and it exists, it won’t do a thing, which looks like what happens in your case. So check in with plugin authors as well.

Hello, Is it possible to have different users under same client. I mean to have different people login into same account but with different roles (for same account as we are a team but i don´t want everybody to have same role, for example some people can view and admin lists and other people can just add design) Thanks

Since any SMTP will just work with MailWizz, its really up to you. Amazon SES is very cheap and reliable, see https://www.mailwizz.com/integrations/email-providers/amazon-ses/
Generally, you’ll want to use a provider that uses HTTP API’s over the ones that provide only the SMTP interface, since sending the emails via http api is much faster than regular SMTP.

Each client is getting this error Error 503! Application currently offline. Try again later!
Ok, just the some comments below and followed the instructions, had to reset the license and it’s working now.

My site is not recording conversions from clicks on landing pages, even when I’ve selected the links to be tracked from the Link tracking option. Is there a special setting I need to turn on from the backend for this work?

Another question I have: I just realized that you offer different new templates editors via the extensions. I activated and being testing Stripo. How do you activate modules in it?
