Not sure exactly what you’re asking, but our instructions are very clear, in case you aren’t using latest version of MailWizz 1.x or 2.x, upgrade to it, in your case, that is 1.9.48, so upgrade to that version which you can download from https://www.mailwizz.com/download/ or by enabling auto-updates from your app. Once you upgrade to that version, go to Backend > Settings > license, insert your license once again, and save your changes. This will solve your issue. I just summarised the above article.

MailWizz 1.9.48 will work with PHP 5.6., so you can safely upgrade to this version. Then, to upgrade from 1.9.48 to 2.3.9 which is latest 2.x version, you need PHP >= 7.2. We only support MailWizz 2.x now, so if you can, please upgrade to that version, otherwise, you can stay to 1.9.48, but we won’t be able to support you if you have issues.
As to your question, we can’t really disclose this information. And you don’t need to worry about it either, if you reset your license from https://www.mailwizz.com/reset-license/ then that license is seen as “new”, so you can freshly attach it to your working MailWizz instance.

The article above also says after you reset your license, you need to add it again in MailWizz, hope you did that. You need to follow all the steps, if you do, it will work.
As I said, if it doesn’t, you’ll need to renew your support and open a ticket, at this point, this looks like a user error more than anything else, which we can’t assist here but on tickets only.
That being said, I consider we covered all our corners, there’s no more information from our part to add to this comment that would help.

Hi I bought two licenses for Mail Wizz a while ago, but I started using them again today with the latest Mail Wizz. All installation procedures are made successfully including cronjobs. However, when login into Mail Wizz backend, I got these errors:

Now I have PHP v.8.2.12 on CWP, is pcntl automatically installed and enabled to work with MW?

My autoresponder campaigns are not being sent out. Apart from the first one in the sequence that sends successfully, others are not getting sent. The second one shows Sending (100%), but no email has been sent out. The 3rd one is displaying as Pending-sending and no email has been sent out.

From Backend > Settings > Cron, try to allow MailWizz to Automatically adjust the number of campaigns processed when the cron job runs, this should fix your problem.

I have visited that page and tried to tweak things but it has not worked. Currently “Adjust campaigns at once” is set to Yes. I have also increased some of the values in the different fields and yet, no luck. Is there anything else I can do on this page to make this work?
That should have done the trick, generally the cron job picks a fixed number of campaigns and if you’re running more autoresponder than that number, then your campaigns won’t be picked, that’s why when setting that setting to “yes”, MailWizz will count your autoresponders and will pad the resulted number with another number to give it enough room for processing.
It seems that’s not the case for you, which can only mean that the campaign which is in sending(100%) awaits new subscribers to match the AR trigger and then it will send, as it stays now, it processed all the ones matching the trigger. The other campaign which is pending-sending, can be like that because it could be scheduled in future and its time hasn’t come yet.
Another reason would be the fact the app cannot find a valid delivery server to send your emails, you can check Backend > Misc > App Log to see what it logs and if you see messages related to delivery servers, then that might be the case and you need to review your servers.
If none of the above applies, you’ll have to renew your support and open a support ticket at https://forum.mailwizz.com/support-tickets/ and include application backend url and login so we can take a look.

If that’s all you have in the logs, then they’re not related. As I said, if no more option, you’ll have to open a support ticket so we can have a look.
I think I’ve found what the issue is. I was playing around with the Send Group feature and had these campaigns added to a Send Group. I have deleted the Send Groups and I can now see the campaigns being sent. I saw the Processed Status on most of the recipients as “Handled by other send group campaign” even though I didn’t receive this particular campaign in my mail.
All the same, I’m happy I’ve identified the issue and campaigns are delivering as they should.

The translation category for this button is “lists”. You should find it in backend area under languages, by selected the language you want to translate to.

In backend I activate the “translate” extension”, then go to languages and make a new one, go to the translations and under “lists” category there is no option for the Submit button, nor subscribe. Only a couple of “Susbscribe to” that do not modify the “Subscribe” button. I searched the whole forum and no one ever managed to change those tags. Please I need an efective way of translating that button. Thanks again.

This happens because you have enabled PCNTL and basically you have multiple processes that send at the same time BEFORE that pause is applied.
Starting with the next MailWizz release, we have added quota for seconds and minutes, beisde hours, days and months, and that will allow you to set a quota per second and minute to fix exact issues like this one experienced now.

Hello, I have read the documentation on PCNTL and I understand what you are referring to. But I also see that you tell me that I cannot send with pauses according to the pause time that I specify in the “Pause after send” box because I have PCNTL active, but that is not the case, that method is turned off in my installation. Just clarify the following for me please: even with PCNTL turned off, the pauses defined in “Pause after send” are not respected? Or should I activate it and configure it as a precaution with low values so that the pauses defined in “Pause after send” are executed? Thank you.
If you’re not using pcntl, then you should have the pause. Hopefully you’re using latest app version, if not, upgrade. Otherwise, you can do this: https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/debug-send-campaigns-command/ and watch the sending process to see when it pauses.

You have to upgrade your app to latest version in the branch you are using, so either 1.9.38 or 2.3.9. Then add your license again and save the changes, it will make that error message go away.

I did the complete installation successfully, but I cant send a test email, and my campaigns are not being sent. I contacted sideGround hosting but they didn’t figure it out… as they are not familiar with Mailwizz. can you help?

Make sure you login in backend area of the app, from there you can add your delivery servers, see https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/understanding-the-application-structure/
Just make sure your url contains /backend instead of /customer

Hi, I followed the steps here to install, but it’s missing a file in the package – the extension file. https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/install-steps/
The hosting service assistance said that there must be a directory: /home/customer/domain.com/public_html/newsletter/latestwizz.zip/apps/extensions, however, when there is no folder/file called “extensions”.
They also say: the directory “extensions” needs to have permissions 777 but since it is not showing, we can not update the permissions.
Any thoughts?

Just create the directory and set the required permissions and it will work.
This happens because sometimes the extraction under cpanel omits empty directories, which is pretty weird.

also when extracting the files I get this error message: Erreur 0×80010135 mainly for jpg pictures from unsplash.com that are not being extracted on my pc so I have to skip them

Windows is known to have issues with unzipping files with long names, try to rename your archive before unzipping, to something short.
If that does not help, unzip it on your server, you should have better luck there.
Regardless, do not allow errors in the unzip process, you need all the files.
