Hello I’m trying to translate (WPML) my filters made with ACF custom fields, I can see title changing but not the choices… I translated them into WPML string translation etc but Ican”’t figure it out. Look at the watches https://dev.maisondewitte.be/en/products/watches/ I sent you my credentials with the private form Regards
Hi Gowie
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
You need to create a custom field for each language and apply it to your products, so you can use in each filter set translation the needed custom fields like catgory_en, category_fr, and so on.
But if you want to use string translation you can use the “wpc_terms_before_display” hook – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/hooks/#terms-before-display-hook with WPML function that will replace the values for the needed translation.

Hi,
I am interested if this plugin will work with multisite setup? Or do I need another licence?
Hi darzas
You can activate it on two sites. If you need to do it on more sites either buy more licenses or you can write via PM for a freelance/agency license.

- Victor
Hi, Pre-sale question…
I’m testing the free version and I don’t find a way to have select fields allowing multiple selections. I’m testing it for a WooCommerce Store and I would like users to be able to use a dropdown to select more than one term for each attribute in the filterset (for example 2 sizes). Is it possible with the pro version?
Hopefully I explained myself correctly
Thanks
Hi loewe
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
There are no dropdowns with the checkboxes yet. But we are planning to add them soon.
If you have enough CSS and JS knowledge you can make it from the simple checkboxes.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll take a look
Update the previous answer. It requires the implementation of JS/CSS code. But in terms of the PRO support, we can provide you with the required code, which will enable your website to have the desired appearance like here – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/horizontal-views/#3-columns

Hello, we built 2 filters for Categories and Subcategories with Filter Everything. When we click Categories buttons, everything is ok and products load properly. But, if we use subcategory filter and then click on new Category button, without reset subcategory filter, no products are shown. Is that possible to automatically reset type Filter when we click on next Category? Or we need to customize plugin script to do that?
Hi pps30ak
Please send the link to the page with the issue with step-by-step instructions on how we can recreate the problem.

step by step instructions https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkOyTaWhmEeDmrZvxvuBYtz93Mq0yQ?e=FT31QJ
In order to remove this issue, choose in both filter sets in the hide empty terms to always hide, or never hide. Right now they are using different options there.
Best Regards,
- Victor
That still didn’t work. What other way can this be fixed, or are you able to take a closer look at the backend?
Hi pps30ak
You can send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it.

Hi,
We use the Permalink manager pro plugin to clean up our url’s but i found it does not work with your plugin as it throws a 404 each time when filtering. Is there anything we can do to make it work and keep pretty url’s? I noticed in your comments this piece of code: define( 'FLRT_PERMALINKS_ENABLED', false ); with this code the filtering works but this is not desirable as we want to use your plugin for SEO purposes.
Regards,
Damian
Hi Damian
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
At the time there are no easy workarounds. But we plan to solve this problem in future updates. We do not have exact dates where it will be released, but we have it in our plans.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Thank you for your response. Do you have an estimate as to how long it might take? We would really like to work with your plugin but can’t wait on it for too long.
Kind regards,
Damian
Hi Damian
From months to year, really no exact date here when it comes to development as many things may change on the road.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Okay thank you. We are looking into swapping permalink manager plugins as we really want to use Filter Everything. The Premmerce Permalink manager plugin seems to work with your plugin.
One more question. When do you think that Yoast SEO sitemap compatibility will be released?
Kind regards,
Damian
Hi Damian
The XML sitemap functionality has already been postponed several times. For various reasons. Because more important functionality has always appeared. As of right now with the new update, there will be a significant speed increment. This update should be this or next week. After that, we might start working on the XML sitemap functionality.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Can you help?
Thanks.
Hi jcosta6
If you have a filter by categories and on the shop page they all will be available. But if you go to any category, this category will be marked in the filter as you are already on this category page. It will not choose the whole path, just the current category page you are on.
Best Regards,
- Victor
But is there a way we can configure things so that the dependent filters show when we enter a category?
Alright, now it is understandable. You still need to choose any option from the category filter to show dependent filters. As this checkmark is not working as the filter applied, it is working in another way. It is not included as a filter term like when you choose it. In short, it is working like it is not existing there at all.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Yes. Is there something we can do on the filter side to make this work? Or does it have to be through a development?
It is working the same as on any other filter page. Where you need to first choose a category so the child filters will appear. Or you can simply not use parent -> chield filters and not hide them.
The fact that this category page is chosen, is not causing any issues and not adding any additional things checked while using the filter.
Best Regards,
- Victor
But we have a category selected. And even if we disable the parent -> child feature, the child filters would show with the message: “Select Categorias de Produto first”.
Send us the link to this page with the issue so we can check it ourselves.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Okay so when you choose some options, it won’t appear at all as there as those filters empty, since you choose to “hide empty filters” do not forget that you are using “AND” logic on categories, not “OR”.
So choose, for example, those options – https://prnt.sc/gEu_vOJTlRmp that appear.
But this – https://prnt.sc/t2hLv-zM5IgC doesn’t appear anything as they are empty. That’s because there are no products here that contain at least any data from those filters on them.
Best Regards,
- Victor
In the first screenshot you sent, we are going to remove that subcategory and replace it with the filters. The issue here is that we enter a category, which shows with a grey “X” and we don’t see any child filters, that should show because that category has product which have that information. Basically, all we want is to have the filters show when we enter a category via the menu.
Alright, we see the issue now. After testing we’ll provide you with an answer how it can be fixed.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi, thank you. Please keep me posted.
Hi jcosta6
Just an update on this, so it won’t look like we forget about it. We are still testing it, and looking for ways how it can be fixed. So unfortunately it might take up to tomorrow.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi, no problem. Glad to know you guys are working on it. Thanks.
Hi jcosta6
We have received a response from the development team. It seems that we have underestimated the issue as it is not as easy to fix as we initially thought. It requires modification of several dependencies. Nevertheless, the team is working on it and we should receive a fix for it next week. We appreciate your patience.
Best Regards,
- Victor
No problem. Thank you for the update.
Hi, any update on the ETA of the fix? Thanks.
Hi jcosta6
Yes, the developers want to add it all in the new big update that should be on this week or next week. It will be quite a big update with significant improvements in the speed and other things. So instead of releasing multiple updates, they decided to release one big update already including all of the fixes.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Ah, ok. No problem. Thank you.
Hello, I’m installing the plugin in localhost but it does not register the license key. When I put the license key the page just refreshes and it still says “Locked” on the top right corner. Thank you
Hi giessedati
More likely that’s because you already activated the license on two sites. You can send your license key via PM so we can check it for you.
Best Regards,
- Victor
We have checked the license and it is activated only on one site. So more likely the issue here is that your local server does not allow connection with our license server.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello, what happen if I move my website to another url but I have already licensed 2 sites? Can I free one slot for the new one?
Thanks
Hi giessedati
You can simply deactivate it on the needed site from the Filters -> Settings -> License – https://prnt.sc/sWtRZ8T6D9le
Best Regards,

Ok thank you. One question, how can I add more than one filter of the same type? I need to display more than one Filter set for category products because I want to create different sets of picked categories instead of displaying them all together.
You can place multiple filter widgets or shortcodes on the page, and then create multiple filter sets and place them on one page so you can see all of your filter sets.
In short, if you want to display 3 filter sets on your page, you need to use either 3 filter widgets or 3 filter shortcodes but not mixed.
And in each filter set create a filter by category with include/exclude functionality.
Best Regards,
- Victor
I mean, I need to display one filter sets, but with three filters inside of it.
- Filter by product categories (with include “man”, “Woman”)
- Filter by product categories (with include “new product”)
- Filter by product categories (with include “sport”, “fashion”, “outlet”)
The problem is that after the first filter is inserted, the option “product categories” is grayed out in the add filter menu dropdown. But I need to inert more than one.
Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to do it all in one filter set. However, there is a solution where you can create a couple of filter sets that will work. But with future updates, we are going to improve it and add the ability to create more than one filter by the same type.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello Stepasyuk, Filter everything pro does not apply to my woodmart product grid. The filters appear on the page but when I select one all the products are displayed. I tried the different Query option, none of them worked. I tried to put an HTML ID and a class attribut but that doesn’t work either, what should I do? THANKS
Hi williammast87
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, send the link to the page with the issue so we can check it right away.

Ah and a second question:
We are using the Pro version and are encountering the following issue. We are using ACF fields as filters where a date is entered. How can we format the date in the label of the checkbox to show them in german formation?
Hi foryu
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Do not share sensitive information in the comments section, you always can send it via PM.
1) About the first issue with the license. Please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can activate it on our back. And the license key send this all via PM
2) If you are using the ACF date custom field, and created a filter by custom field. You can use hook “wpc_terms_before_display” – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/hooks/#terms-before-display-hook with custom code to change it to your needs.

Hi,
I’m using Breakdance builder. According to the history comment, this plugin can only be used in Breakdance builder as shortcode? Can it be used as elements in Breakdance Builder?
I didn’t find “Filter Everything” element in breakdance builder, don’t like other YouTuber’s video which was used easily in Elementor Builder as element.
Use it as shortcode in Breakdance builder isn’t easy for new hand to adjust some details. Do you have the plan to make it support Breakdance Builder as element? May I ask when?
Best regards, Di
Hi qdkymed
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Placing a shortcode [fe_widget] should be pretty easy. Do you mean, to provide the ability to edit filter widgets (apply styles) directly from the builder?
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
“the ability to edit filter widgets (apply styles) directly from the builder” Yes, this is exactly what I mean. Do you have the plan for support Breakdance Builder?
Best Regards, Di
We have it in plans, but it will not be released anytime soon. Currently, only custom CSS styling is available to change the styles.

Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with your plugin on my WordPress site, where the pagination does not display the correct number of pages based on the filtered results. I am using the Gutenberg block editor for my posts, and I have configured a wp:query block to display posts with specific settings (e.g., 15 posts per page, ordered alphabetically by title).
The problem arises when applying filters using FilterEverything.Pro. Although the filters themselves work correctly and adjust the displayed posts, the pagination does not update accordingly. It either shows an incorrect number of pages or does not adjust to reflect the number of posts after the filters are applied.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Specifically, I need guidance on ensuring that the pagination accurately reflects the number of posts after filters are applied. Are there specific settings or adjustments needed in the block editor or the plugin to ensure proper synchronization between the filters and pagination?
Thank you for your assistance.
Hi ecampos96
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Under perfect circumstances, this issue should be resolved in the next update.

Hi there, could you please let me know If I can integrate the Filter Everything plugin with this SEO Tools Script https://www.verzex.com/seo ? Thank you in advance.
Hi VERZEX
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
The plugin is used to filter posts on the WordPress. What exactly do you mean by “integrate with this SEO Tools Script”?
Best Regards,

I’m using Breakdance website builder with no theme so I have to use shortcodes instead of a widget.
The filters appear like I need them to but do not filter any results. I’ve tried filtering on standard Woocommerce shop page and products list. I don’t think either are using any custom queries.
I also need the chips in a popup/lightbox, and then the results in chip style. Similar to the filter button on mobile but with desktop. Is there an easy way to do this with a shortcode?
Website is: https://woocommerce-1181688-4145795.cloudwaysapps.com/I need to make sure these essential things are achievable before purchasing. Thanks for your help!
Hi savannahmariemartin
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
If you are using builders, then it’s almost 100% that those pages are using custom queries. So the PRO version should work with it.
Also, can you please provide more information on what do you mean by:
“I also need the chips in a popup/lightbox, and then the results in chip style. Similar to the filter button on mobile but with desktop.” a bit confusing what exactly you mean by that.
Best Regards,

Hello,
I have the plugin installed on my site, I wanted to see if it will work as a test drive with GeoDirectory but it isn’t compatible with some GeoDirectory custom fields such as Event Dates custom field etc.
Hence, I decided to use the default GeoDirectory Advanced Search addon to tackle my required filters.
However, after I disabled the plugin, it is impossible to delete it, when I click on delete, it gives me a fatal error!
Hi kioubizin
If you cannot delete the plugin for some reason, try to do it via FTP. Perhaps some conflicts or code was modified.
Best Regards,
- Victor
I cannot get the filters to work. They appear but they do not filter the products.
I am using Avada theme with Avada Layout Builder to create the content section for each Woocommerce product category. I can successfully add the filters to the sidebar in each product category using the shortcode, but the filters do not do anything.
If I bypass the Layout Builder and add the filter shortcode to Products > Categories > Description then the filters appear and work successfully. But this method does not allow me to create a sidebar, which is why I am using Avada Layout Builder.
I fixed this by rebuilding the category pages using Post Cards.
Hi simplecampervans
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
We are glad to hear that the issue was resolved.

Hi Stepasyuk,
I am reaching out to you on the behalf of my colleague who has purchased this plugin. If you want, I can share the Purchase/License Code with you in personal if you provide me your email ID.
I have a question related to this plugin and therefore I am here at your support panel:
I need to know a filter by which I can make some changes in the Main WP Query parameters only for your plugin but this change shouldn’t apply to the main WP Query while showing the products in the middle screen.
I could find the following two places where I can see the relevant code but I don’t see any action filter there by using which I can make the required changes. I don’t see any option at the moment instead of doing manual changes in your plugin files directly
1. WpManager.php: $this->setQueryVar(‘wpc_set_filter_query_’ . $setId, $to_save);
2. EntityManager.php: $set_filter_query = $wpManager->getQueryVar( ‘wpc_set_filter_query_’ . $setId );
Please let me know if there is still any solution which I am missing.
Kind Regards, WP Instinct
Hi wpinstinct
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Can you explain in more detail what exact changes you want to make? So we can provide some information on how it can be done.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Thanks for your quick response, appreciate it!
1. What I am doing right now, I have added a custom script in order to add brands also for the WooCommerce products ( in the similar manner we have WooCommerce categories ).
2. Now I am grouping WooCommerce products into brands on product archive pages so that let’s say a brand has 10 products, it shows only one brand with a link which takes users to brand details page with those 10 products listing.
3. At the same time, I show those products also on product archive pages which don’t have any brand available. And for this, I exclude the already listed brand ID’s from main queries.
4. This has an impact on your plugin’s main query as well and it excludes those brands from your main query too which I don’t want to do.
5. That’s where I want to differentiate a few of the query parameters only for WordPress main query without having any impact on the main query you use.
Please let me know if it makes sense!
I am still waiting for a reply.
Hi wpinstinct
We passed your question to the dev team. When we’ll get an answer we will redirect it to you.
Please note, that the answer not always can be positive or answering the question. In general, we provide support on features of our plugin, and not how to extend its functionality. As it is out of the scope of support policies here on CodeCanyon.
Best Regards,
- Victor
I understand and will wait for your response.
Hi Victor,
I understand you wouldn’t be able to provide support in extending the functionality but can atleast guide about the available relevant hooks/filters which one can use to extend if himself.
And any idea how much time your development team will take to respond on this one.
Thanks!
Hi wpinstinct
All we can advise on this is to check in our plugin those files in order to get all of the available hooks:
1. pro/wpc-default-hooks-pro.php
2. src/wpc-default-hooks.php
Best Regards,
- Victor
Ok, but is there any way to differentiate the main query for middle content and your attributes filter in the left sidebar? I want to add something within the main query only for the middle content without making it applicable for your attributes filters. I hope I will get an answer from your production team on this. Thanks!
Hi team,
Can you please answer on my last question:
“Is there any way to differentiate the main query for middle content and your attributes filter in the left sidebar? I want to add something within the main query only for the middle content without making it applicable for your attributes filters.”
Thanks!
I’m having a problem with this plugin in combination with the theme (shopkeeper) we are using. On desktop we have an on-page sidebar, and on mobile it is off-canvas. However, the theme builder chose to make this to different html elements. So the sidebar is included twice in the source and with css the proper one for the device type is shown.
I placed a filterset via a shortcode widget like [fe_widget id='1925'] that places the filterset in the on-page sidebar, but it won’t show in the mobile sidebar. After some digging I found out this is caused by the fact that in src/wpc-helpers.php on line 25 the flrt_the_set function removes a filterset from the array once it is retrieved. Why is this done? Is it a bad idea to retrieve a filterset more than once?
Thanks!
Hi koningsvh
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Yes, retrieving the filter set more than one time is a bad idea. As it will be a duplicate meaning IDs on elementas won’t be unique and it can potentially cause issues. But in your case, perhaps you can place two filter sets on one page and it will fix the issue.
Also, please send the link to the page with the issue so we can check it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Thanks for the quick response.
I sent you a message with a link and credentials you need to check out the page.
Two filter sets would be a possibility, but will result in much double work.
Thanks!
Hi koningsvh
So you are using two filter widgets or shortcodes on the page. One for the desktop and the second one for the mobile.
In that case, you need to place two filter sets on that page in order to display them both. It won’t duplicate it for obvious reasons.
The shortcode itself is not displaying anything, it is working in the way of a socket. And if you place a filter set on the page it will be displayed in one of those sockets. If you try duplicate it the unique ID will be in both filters which would start causing conflicts.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
I understand that adding the same filter set again will lead to problems with duplicate ID’s. So if there is nothing that can be easily done about it, I will add a second filter set.
Thanks again for checking!
Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done, as in fact, it would do the same logic of creating another filter set in order to make those IDs unique and have them in the database as well.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello, I just purchased and installed this plugin. Currently I am testing it on my dev site and the plugin is very slow. Each filtering takes about 5 sec even if the post count is low (under 20). I have disabled all other theme to test, no difference. Caching plugins make no difference either. Can you please help to debug and fix? Many thanks.
Hi vjuhasz
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
If it is running that slowly, it means that either your server hardware is extremely low or your server latency is very high. The normal speed like on the DEMO – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/product-category/clothing/women/
Best Regards,
- Victor
Will this work with listingpro theme…
Hello mereradhakrishan
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everyhing PRO.
Sure, it will work.
Regards.
Hi, Thank you Filter Everything PRO. Now I have 2 issues. Please help me.
My website : https://www.pressbraketool.ru/amada/
1. I use elementor , left is filter, right is products, I create many products catalog and product attribute. First tab is right, but second tab is wrong, It can display Filter , but don’t work for filter result.
2. First tab can filter result, but why display more pages .
Would you mind guiding me? many thanks.
Hi haipaiseo
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
For AJAX settings, you need to choose a container that will have inside pagination and products, so both will be updated by the AJAX.
Best Regards,
- Victor
I canceled Ajax , But the problem still hasn’t been solved.
If you go to the filters -> settings -> and turn off AJAX this issue will disappear.
Try to use this class .elementor-element-16f6d11 – https://prnt.sc/Xf4loYR4PJZC instead of a .elementor-loop-container
Best Regards,
- Victor
yes, use this class .elementor-element-16f6d11 no display more pages .
but second tab is still wrong. It can not filter products.
https://prnt.sc/D_nmc4u_e9ZCHi haipaiseo
Go to your Elementor template or in which way you created it, and apply manually a class or ID on the container that has inside the products and pagination, so it will be the same on all containers, that you can switch between, and then use it for AJAX settings.
Second tab have another class nad you should make it all the same.
Best Regards,
- Victor
But I don‘t know how to apply manually a class or ID on the container that has inside the products and pagination.
Can you guide me on the specific steps? Thanks.
Hi haipaiseo
This is the question more to the Elemetor support so they can provide you with the information on how to do it. Or check their documentation – https://elementor.com/help/css-classes-in-elementor/
Best Regards,
- Victor
I don’t think this is a class ID issue, but rather second tab that was not right. Have you checked the second tab filter? Do you understand what I mean? Now second tab don’t filter ,but the firts tab is right.
You can explain in which way you created it. But it looks like it is just changing what container to show and hide another one. And those containers have different classes.
You can send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
ok Which email should I send it ?
I have already sent it. Please check it.
We have checked the site and the issue is exactly what we thought. Firstly we set the neded classes via Elementor and placed them in the filter sets settings “HTML id or class…” It is filtering.
But there is an issue here since, you are using the same filters for both filter sets, so they are working together. And showing counter also together, that’s why you see on the “puason” filter set mostly (0) and on the “matrix” filter set normal counters.
The filters are working but the counters will be correct only in one filter set.
We’d reccomed using one loop and instead of this – https://prnt.sc/mdWiJdpEP3j5 create filter with those choices.
Best Regards,
- Victor
What you mean is that my current method is unable to filtering ?
Yes, and it would be very complicated to maintain it. So our suggestion here is to create one product loop grid, that will display all of the available products. Just apply one more filter in the filter set that will show products like you did with switching to another query.
Best Regards,
- Victor
OK, thanks . I try it.
