Hello ! This a pre-sale question about QUOTE. Can you confirm that the shipping is included in the quotation ? When customer ask for quotation, do I receive an Email ? Can i customize and complete emails ? When I send a quote to a customer, the customer receive it as a quote or an order proposal ? Thank you really much. Can I set an option to cancel order ? Thanks a lot !!
Hi murphy73! The WooCommerce B2B quoting system follows exactly the same order flow. I’ll explain. A customer adds products to their cart and when they reach the checkout, they will find “Quote request” among the payment methods. By choosing this solution, a WooCommerce order will be generated in “On quote” status, including shipping costs, of which you will receive emails like any other order. You can then edit this special order from the WordPress backend, customizing prices, quantities, products, etc., just like any other order. At this point, you can make your proposal to the customer by setting the status to “Quoted”, which sends the order proposal to the customer. The customer can decide to accept by paying for the order based on the payment methods present on your site, or not. For your part, you can change the status of the order whenever you want and put it in canceled if you prefer. Here is an infographic of how quotes work:

You’re welcome, glad to have been helpful
Dear, does your product support the exclusion of multiple products of any customer group. So we can manage products which are available for customer groups but do not apply any pricing rule?
Hi badoes! Yes, you can decide to only use product visibility by group without necessarily applying any pricing rules. I hope this information helps resolve your doubts, best regards
Hello, is it this plugin can make bulk order etc for wholesale order?
Hi emasstech, yes, WooCommerce B2B has a specific shortcode that allows you to enable a CSV file upload form to place bulk orders quickly and easily:

Hello, is it all your plugin B2B Sales Agent, warehouse and thi plugin can integrate each other?
Hi emasstech! Yes of course, WooCommerce B2B, WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents and WooCommerce B2B Warehouses each have their own specific features, but they have been designed and developed to work perfectly in synergy with each other. I hope this information helps resolve your doubts, best regards
If an order is sent out on account, where can I enter the payment from the invoice as admin so that the customer receives an invoice by PDF?
Thank you very much for your help
Hi Cagno0di, I’m not sure I understood your request correctly, but if you receive an offline payment for an order, simply set the order status based on your settings and your purchase flow (as happens for bank transfers, for example example).
I hope this information helps to resolve your doubts, for any other information do not hesitate to contact our support:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Dear Team, when i try to change the order status, which i need to take?
Please check my screenshot
I welcome your help
Best regards
Hi Cagno0di, the new status depends on your workflow. For example, if for you the order has already been shipped once you have received the offline payment, you can put it on completed, if it is still in progress you can use processing… this aspect is independent of WooCommerce B2B.
I remind you again that the appropriate channel dedicated to support is:

Hello, can we do this in this system. For example, A seller and his customers belonging to the American region. Then B seller and his customers connected to new york. With the commission rate to be defined with the seller, for example, seller A will also receive commission from what seller B sells. Example like the herbalife system.
Maybe you need WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents:
https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-b2b-sales-agents/25720432/1)does it is it support multivendor ?? 2)Compatible with WCFM??
Hi BnbCode, we have no experience with this plugins, I’m sorry

Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce Product Bundles?
Hi kersversdigital! We have no direct experience with these plugins, sorry, but consider that WooCommerce B2B is developed using the standards required by WordPress/WooCommerce so you shouldn’t have problems with assets that respect the same standards.
For any other information, do not hesitate to contact our technical support:

Hi, I have the e-commerce site configured for both B2C and B2B. For B2C customers I use a flycart plugin to calculate the discount called Discount Rules. I can set the various rules for discounts and it is based on the user role. The problem is that the same discount is also calculated in the B2B created with your plugin. If user roles were used instead of groups I could resolve this, but the discounts that shouldn’t be calculated on the retailer’s price instead are. How could it be solved? Thank you
Hi duduu! Basically B2B WooCommerce is based on the concept of group, which is much broader and more configurable than role, which has a different meaning. In any case, you can check with our support if there are any solutions:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Best regards
Dear team, do you also offer an integrated bulk editor? I have now created different prices per group, but these are not displayed in “Products” in woocommerce.
Hi Cagno0di, WooCommerce by default has import/export tools that allow you to bulk update products:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s4lIf you need more information the support team is available:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Best regards
Hello, thanks for the feedback. I know that, but what I mean is, when I go to products, I only see the regular prices, but not the prices of my self-created B2B groups. That’s why I asked if you have a separate bulk product section where I can see all prices
Hi Cagno0di, thanks for the clarification! No, WooCommerce B2B doesn’t have such a section, sorry.
I have a store where I have 3 different types of customers. I have a special price for each customer type and product, which only the customer of the selected type should see. Can I also do this with your plugin?
Hi Cagno0di!
If I understand your requirement correctly, yes, you can do it. With WooCommerce B2B you can create different groups and for each group configure different options, including specific prices for each product:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductPrices%5B1%5D.pngThen you can assign a group to a customer:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/GroupCustomerGroupname%5B1%5D.pngThis way, customer can see prices according to his group rules.
I suggest taking a look at the live demo which also shows this aspect with use cases already defined and in which you can simulate your desired scenario:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/I hope this information helps to resolve your doubts! Best regards
Hello Thanks for the feedback. That’s really great! But is it also possible to import the prices for the respective roles directly from an Excel list? We have over 1000 products. This would be very tedious to do manually. And it is important that one customer role does not see the price of the other customer role. Is that possible?
Best regards
You’re welcome Cagno0di!
Yes of course you can import dedicated prices by using default WooCommerce import/export tools.
A customer cannot see the prices of other groups, he only sees the prices intended for him
Hello, thank you for the message. That sounds really great. Does that mean I can upload a document with an example of a product and 3 different prices and can upload them directly so that Woocommerce understands the columns for the respective groups and imports the prices accordingly?
Yes Cagno0di, of course. In each file there are specific price columns for each group, so you can decide to update all of them or some of them:

https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s4lThank you, I have now bought your module. Is it also possible to set the minimum order value via your plugin?
Hi Cagno0di, yes of course. You can set a minimum order amount by group:

Hello, Is it possible to have category discounts per group? I have a group with some b2b clients, and I want them to have some percentage of discount in certain categories. These categories have a lot of products, so setting the discount one product at a time it is not very useful for this situation. Thanks in advance.
Hi karmamaker1979! The discount is not applicable by category, sorry.
But you can massively update the dedicated prices per group in one go with a CSV file using the default WooCommerce import/export tools:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductIETools%5B1%5D.pngFind more information in the documentation:

When using a manual order “New Order” button on woocommerce does the system allow you to use user role prices to create invoices/orders to send to customers to pay online. Or is there another way to make invoices to then email to the customer?
Hi Mineralsalt, sure! In the WordPress backend when you create an order for a customer associated with a group, prices specific to their group are calculated. Furthermore, WooCommerce B2B introduces a payment method called “Invoice payment gateway” which allows your customers to checkout without immediate payment. It can be enabled based on shipping method chosen by customer. Once customer places order, he will receive an email notifying him to expect an invoice:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/Invoices[1].pngIn the documentation you will find more information:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s9If you want to see these features in action, I suggest you take a look at the live demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/where you can simulate your desired scenario and carry out tests to understand how WooCommerce B2B can be useful to your business
Hello!
Does this program work like Alibaba platform
And is there a mobile app
Hi onlymacb, I think there is a misunderstanding, WooCommerce B2B is a plugin for the WordPress/WooCommerce platform
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Dean, and I am the owner of Dare or Dare. I am currently exploring solutions to integrate both B2B and B2C functionalities within the same WooCommerce platform. Your plugin has caught my attention as a potential fit for our requirements. However, I have a few specific questions that I would like to clarify to ensure that your solution aligns perfectly with our needs.
Different Cart Pages: Is it possible to have separate cart pages for B2B and B2C customers while using the same credit card processor for payments?
Bank Transfers for Suppliers: How does your system handle orders placed by suppliers who prefer to pay via bank transfer? Specifically, I’m interested in understanding how the order status is managed to ensure that we verify receipt of funds before processing orders.
Custom Product Pages for Suppliers: Can the plugin support different product pages with texts and information tailored exclusively for suppliers?
Pricing and Discounts Control: Is there functionality that allows us to set different minimum prices and offer distinct discounts for each user or user group (like suppliers)?
Secure Access for Suppliers: Does your system allow creating a secure, login-based portal for suppliers to place their orders?
Integration with B2C Order Processing: Crucially, I want to ensure that B2B orders are automatically integrated into our B2C orders tab. This is essential for maintaining the automated process we currently have in place for our B2C operations. A company handles the pick and pack for our orders, and we want to extend this seamless process to B2B orders. Can your plugin facilitate this integration?
Our goal is to create a streamlined, efficient system that caters to both our regular customers and our supplier partners with distinct features tailored to each group. Any additional information on how your plugin can be configured or customized to meet these requirements would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your detailed response and hope we can find a solution that meets our business needs.
Best regards,
Dean Owner, Dare or Dare Email: dean@dareordare.co.il
Hi Dean, how are you? I hope so!
Here all information requested, point by point:
Different Cart Pages Do you mean graphically? In this case, WooCommerce B2B does not manage this aspect, generally in WordPress the graphics are delegated to the theme.
Bank transfers for suppliers The payment methods and control flow are the default WooCommerce ones. For WooCommerce B2B the payment method is completely transparent.
Custom product pages for suppliers WooCommerce B2B does not manage this aspect, generally in WordPress the graphics are delegated to the theme.
Control of prices and discounts Yes, for each product you can create a dedicated final price based on the group to which the customer belongs.
Secure access for suppliers This aspect is completely transparent for WooCommerce B2B. Customer registration and login and the order process are default prerogatives of WordPress/WooCommerce.
Integration with B2C order processing The order process and its management are completely transparent for WooCommerce B2B.
Consider that WooCommerce B2B is a plugin that extends the basic functionality of WooCommerce, offering useful functions for B2B (or hybrid B2C/B2B) commerce. It does not replace the features and processes already provided by WooCommerce.
Here you can find a useful live demo that shows the potential of WooCommerce B2B and its features in use:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/While here it is possible to delve deeper into each specific functionality, with description, examples and screenshots to understand whether WooCommerce B2B is suitable for your needs:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/I hope this information helps resolve your doubts, best regards
Hello, can we assign currency according to the user?
Hi Mediabl, currency management is independent from WooCommerce B2B, this feature goes beyond the scope of the plugin, sorry. I hope this information helps resolve your doubts, best regards
hello, can you have a b2b area and a normal woocommerce area on the same site ?
Hi fauchelafleur, WooCommerce B2B extends WooCommerce, it does not replace it, so the user’s private area is the same.
You can have a hybrid B2C/B2B context without any problem
Here you can find the live demo to simulate your desired scenario:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts! Best regards
Very intresting, so is it possible to keep normal prices visible even by unregistered users who can buy and also make an area where resellers see a different price with different payment functions, different inventories, etc.?
The customer area is always the same, the default one of WooCommerce. You can set up different user groups and based on the group decide dedicated prices, hide payment/shipping methods, have many different options for each group.
Hello, I am trying to try your demos but they are not working well, can you verify? If they are good, I am not going to buy the accessory since I cannot test it properly, do you have any other options?
Hi KELTIACLUBS, how are you? I hope so! From what I see the demo is working without any problems, could you please provide more information on what problems you are having?
Hello, is it possible to create a +/- table like this with the plugins? If not possible, could you tell me any compatible plugins that can be used?
https://pluginrepublic.dev/better-variations/product/variations-grid-two-attributes-without-stock-price/Hi KELTIACLUBS, WooCommerce B2B doesn’t have this kind of functionality in its list, sorry. I can’t tell you about a specific plugin, but in general it is sufficient that the standard hooks and functions provided by WordPress/WooCommerce are used to guarantee full compatibility.
Hi KELTIAsport, thanks for purchasing! Consider that this type of feature becomes very dependent on the theme used and can unfortunately be difficult to maintain. In any case, we will analyze the issue and check the feasibility to decide whether to implement this feature
