Good afternoon, I purchased the plugin, but I don’t really know how I can make a product catalog for B2B completely separate from the catalog B2C. I don’t want the catalogue or wholesale products to appear until after registration. Before registration, the site remains as it is for sale B2C. In other words, I want a complete site b2b , but it is hidden behind the site b2c and nothing of it appears until after registering as a wholesale customer. I don’t really know if the plugin can help with that? Your site does not have any video to provide the plugin and explain how it works and all its features. thanks

Hi and thanks for the answer. Envato market’s refund policy is unfortunately too restricted for us. Need to test deeply the solution but it can happens that it just not fit with our needs and this is not a refund case regarding envato rules so we won’t go further (demo do not help, in particular it does not allow at all to evaluate impact of the plugin on site speed which is a key feature).

Hi AllMasterPro, of course it’s possible! Simply enable the “Hide prices” option for the default GUEST group. This way unregistered or logged in users will not see the prices. When you enable a customer, you can then move them to a group where price visibility is enabled.

1)Does this works on any wordpress themes on Envato?(In my case cartzilla).
2)Can we run both b2b and b2c on the same website?
3)I need to lock fully(even Google bots) certain products from the public an donly show them to B2B clients when accepted and logged in, does your plugin works this way?
4)I need to be able to accept the orders by hand(when over XXX amount of Euro) before proceeding to the final sale, especially when there is a VIES V.A.T check in place, do you allow this?

2- Yes, WooCommerce B2B also allows you to manage hybrid B2C/B2B contexts, no problem
3- Yes, you can manage product visibility by user group
4- I’m not sure I fully understood your need, I’m sorry, but if you intend to set order thresholds to enable a sort of “block” of automatic payments, WooCommerce B2B doesn’t have this type of functionality, I’m sorry.

-Regarding the point 4, what I meant was, let’s say I receive a very big order with amounts that are a bit higher than usual, in this case, I woulld need to accept the order manually.
-Also Certain B2B platforms on wordpress use the VIES API to check the V.A.T numbers of the buyers(as an extra security), do you offer this please?
-I will need to try it with CartZilla, but if there are issues, do you offer a refund please?

Cartzilla told me via support that Woocommcerce B2B is not compatible with their theme, how can this be possible? I thought your platform was built with compatiblity in mind with most themes?
You’re welcome LondonParisMusic! Yes, VIES validation is included among the features of WooCommerce B2B.
About theme, this could have two reasons: 1- the theme you use does not use the standards expected by WordPress/WooCommerce 2- they have never tested WooCommerce B2B and therefore automatically define it as not compatible.
This however is very strange, WooCommerce B2B has over 3500 active installations and no problems or reports of incompatibility.
In order to define the incompatibility it would be advisable for them to also tell you why, so that you can investigate 
About refund, it could be granted if suitable according to Envato Market policies.

to automate the update process, you recommend the Envato Market plugin, which by the way, we have been happy to use for years. However, the update for the B2B plugin fails with the message “Update package not available”. On my support request I received the answer to contact Envato support in this regard. I described the problem to them and they referred me back to code4lifeitalia because the error had to do with the B2b plugin and not with the Envato Market plugin. Now I am at a loss because no one feels responsible to give a hint as to what the updates might be failing…?!

The Envato Market plugin in fact communicates directly with the Envato servers to retrieve the installation file (automating the manual download and installation process), this process is completely independent of the management of the authors.
