Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The EPO plugin is compatible with ours, but if you use cached page >> I’m afraid price can’t be converted.

Pre sale questions: 1) We need to display only currency 1 and on checkout to switch to currency 2. We want this to happen automatically without intervention (no switcher) . I need currency 2 only on checkout, thank you page and maybe my account to see the value of the orders in the payment currency. On the rest of the pages we need to display only the currency 1 and automatically switch between currencies when visiting and leaving the pages with different currency. Is this possible with your plugin? 2) Is the plugin compatible with flatsome and wpml? Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. The feature of changing currency is on the pro version. For details, you can view this short video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiFz-Kqe2XI
2. I’m afraid it’s not possible. Once the currency is changed, it is applied to the whole session of the customer, unless you use the “Sync checkout currency” option ( https://youtu.be/YiFz-Kqe2XI?si=3049_yQixc4E5aQf&t=153 )
3. Yes, our plugin is compatible with flatsome theme. And for multilingual plugin, we can work with WPML, Polylang and TranslatePress. You can visit this short tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8MlrF3img8&list=PLhRK6dhs0IKB37k2Nj77qTauTsVrGT36f&index=15

Latest update 2.3.2 is not changing the currencies in the checkout when changing the country. Worked fine with version 2.3.1

Hi, is there a possibility to show all currencies directly under the product price?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin has a feature called “Approximate price” which can show 2 currencies at the same time (details at: https://youtu.be/_DV2XVETUzM?si=c1eGch97AmYm0rai&t=697 )
Or you can use the currency price switcher this style: https://prnt.sc/beQ1ybtNe7pT It’ll show the converted price in each currency in the switcher: https://nimb.ws/qcNIULK
You can try our free version for a better view: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency
Best regards.
Our idea is to use the plugin so that we can use the various currencies as custom fields not correlated with the price of the product. In the specific case, “currencies” will be used to show the customer the calories, fats, proteins directly related to that product, so there would be more than 2 currencies to show under the price of the product. Is it possible to do something like this with your plugin? Also, will the overall calculation of the summed values in various currencies be shown in the cart? Thank you
Thank you for clarifying. I’m afraid we don’t have the exact feature you want. But there’re different feature in CURCY that can cover it. As I mentioned above the Approximate price, other than that, you can also use Price switcher (style Flag + Price: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_child_menu_2997 ).
Or we support display multi currency at checkout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiFz-Kqe2XI
Hi
In your doc (https://docs.villatheme.com/?item=woocommerce-multi-currency), there is a section about ‘Recalculate’ in the backend.
https://app.screencast.com/7wvGK0ghTAsjLAfter completed the change currency + recaluate > the cost value gets updated according to the currency but the currency symbol is not changeing, it always shows the initial currency symbol $.
Isn’t that supposed to show the respective currency symbol?
For example, if i change the currency to ‘KRW’ then it should be KRWxxxx amount, if I change it to JPY then it should be JPYxxxx amount..
but it’s not showing that way now, Is this a bug? or this is not possible?
Please kindly adivse. Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, it indeed should show the symbol of the updated currency instead of the old one after you change currency on the backend. However I’ve tested on my site, but didn’t encounter this problem. The symbol was changed correctly.
Best regards.
I have a problem, for like a week now i have been able to update rates, It always bring “This page isn’t working” once i click on save. Please help

Hi. How to enable currency switcher on checkout page?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can enable Currencies Bar and disable hide Currencies Bar on Checkout page option, like this: https://prnt.sc/JGR8MDdVHWwE
Perhaps you want to enable it only on checkout page and hide it on all other pages?
It’s out of my working hours today. If there’s anything new, please drop me a message here. I’ll get back tomorrow morning to check and keep you updated by then.
Best regards.
Thanks. It works. But there is another problem. I have 3 currencies. MDL, EUR and RON. When client on checkout choose country Romania, then here we have only 2 currencies, only MDL and EUR instead of RON – Romania. Any ideas? THANKS in advance
Please check if RON is enabled for checkout in this settings: https://prnt.sc/pLGqtvvUueUG
Hi there! Pre-sale question.
I’m using Woo Subscriptions. I need to know if your plugin updates the renewal orders with the new exchange rate on the renewal date, or if once the subscription is made it does not change the exchange value on subsequent renewals.
Thank you very much.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I supposed you mentioned this plugin: https://woo.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/
It’s partially compatible with our plugin as mentioned in this documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_menu_3939
However, since it’s been a long time since they were integrated, the 2 plugins have many changes so the compatibility might not be exact like before. I would recommend testing with our free version: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency
Please let me know if any issue.
Best regards.
Hey, is curcy multi currency works with https://apiexperts.io/solutions/woosquare-plus/ ?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us
We haven’t specifically checked compatibility with this one. Please try our free version: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency
You can view this documentation for our compatible parties: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_menu_3939
Best regards.
Using this plugin on a WooCommerce website, More I have the products on a page, more it slows down the loading speed. Currently I can see a great impact on the speed while I disable your plugin but enabling it back adds 7-8-9 seconds extra in loading spped for a page which normally takes 3-4-5 seconds max to load

Hi, where can I check my license’s expiration date? and does the “support” on the product package has anything to do with my current subscription? am I still get to use the plugin when the “support” is expired? Also, what is the latest version of the plugin now?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Envato licenses don’t have an expiry date: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005597546-Do-licenses-have-an-expiry-date-Will-I-ever-have-to-pay-any-fees-like-renewals-or-royalties
The expiry date you’re referring to might be the Item Support duration, which is 6 or 12 months from purchase. You may check the invoices, or license certificate (go to your Envato Downloads >> Select a plugin you want to check the license >> Download the License certificate)
Item Support duration means that the plugin authors are available to you to iron out any potential issues you have in using the item. For details, you can visit this post: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/208191263-What-is-Item-Support
After this duration, you can still use and update our plugin, no worries.
At the moment, the latest version of CURCY is 2.3.2. You can check what’s updated in each version by visiting our changelog at: https://villatheme.com/extensions/woo-multi-currency/#tab-changelog

Hello, i want to disable hover and display Flag and symbol, how to achieve this ?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can try this option “Click to expand currency selector” in our plugin settings -> Design.

Hello, pre-sale question: is it compatible with https://codecanyon.net/item/woo-product-table-pro/20676867 ? thanks.
For try; Is it possible to set a separate currency for each product in the free version?
I would like to introduce the prices of some products in dollars, the prices of some products in euros, and the prices of some products in TL. But all prices on the site should appear in TL, and anything I enter in dollars and euros should be converted into TL. How should I set it up? Can I test it in demo?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can set individual currencies for each product using the Fixed Price feature, which is available in the free version. At a time you can only view one currency, to view other currencies you need to change the view mode according to the switcher. We have not currently tested compatibility with the plugin you requested, but we will consider reviewing it in the future.
Best regards.
Hello, our standard currency is TL. I want to introduce some products in TL, some products in dollars, some in euros. And everyone who enters the site will see only TL. If the product is TL, the price I entered. If the product is in dollars, it will see its TL equivalent, and if the product is in euros, it will see its TL equivalent. Is there a chance to configure it this way when the default currency is TL?
Since only one additional currency can be added in the free version, I cannot fully test it and need to find out before purchasing. Can it be done?
Hello?
Hi,
With the free version, you can set products with 2 currencies, please try to test with TL with USD or EUR.
Best regards.
It does not work. While the default currency is TL, the dollars I enter do not convert into TL. If I make the default dollar it works; However, when I purchase the plugin and add euro, it will not work because I cannot set both dollar and euro as default. Therefore, your plugin does not support the separate currency feature for each product. I understand that.
Hi T_Kivanc,
As my partner states above, you can use Fixed price. However, I don’t know your specific use case, so I can’t say the root cause of the issue you’re encountering. Can you please open a ticket on this Forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/presale/
Our team will check it for you.

Hi,

In this case, to address this, you can consider making adjustments to the order meta directly in the database: https://nimb.ws/8dAzhvwmc_order_info

Hi. My WooCommerce site’s currency is in ZAR. When once chooses US$, it switches successfully, but when you go to the checkout page, it switches back to ZAR, then we get an error on PayPal that the currency is not supported. Why does the currency after it has been switched to US$ not remain in US$?
