Bro, disable in next update that signatur images of others are being considered as attachment. Example when i see a mail it shows me 17 attachments, when i download them then i see that this are logos of signaturs of the entire communication with that person. Only real attachments should be considered as attachments and not icons or logos of signaturs.

Hi ClassicCompiler team. I’m working on a client Rise CRM and my clients bought a Mailbox plugin to integrate their Gmail incoming and outgoing emails. Outgoing emails via SMTP are working perfectly but the incoming emails via IMAP are not displaying or showing up in the inbox area. Gmail IMAP setting is enabled.
One humble recommendation. Is it possible for your team to integrate the Gmail incoming and outgoing emails via Google Apps Script?

I followed the documentation correctly.
If you face any problem to connect IMAP of Gmail, please check this:
Go to Google Account and navigate Security tab. Enable 2-Step Verification from Signing in to Google section. After this, there will be a new section called App passwords in Signing in to Google section. Click on that. From Select app dropdown, select Other (Custom name). Input any name like RISE and click on GENERATE button. You’ll get the password with yellow badge on a popup. Use this password in the mailbox setting instead of your main password.

Finally, it’s working. I believe, that after enabling the IMAP setting from the Gmail side and connecting with Mailbox Incoming email settings, It takes more than 24 hours to see all emails in the inbox.
Now, It takes around 7-10 minutes to update and show the new email in the inbox of CRM with these cronjob settings.

q -Ohttps://domainname.com/index.php/cron
You can see I set up cron to update for every minute.
Question 1. Where do I change the cron time setting, so it can update and show new emails every minute or less?
Question 2. what would be the direct PATH to cron update? for example.

Hi, in RISE CRM the minimum cron job interval time is 5 minutes. And there is no direct path url for cron job. Thanks.

This has a lot of potential but needs some work. 1. Add the ability to convert email to task. 2. Add ticket status much like a ticking system. No inbox out there has this. 3. Add the ability for each use to add their personal imbox. This will allow users to convert emails to tasks for others. 4. Open email in separate screen. not popup 5. Add spam box. 6. Add chat under each email. This way more users can collaborate. 7. email signatures please.

Hi, there has the languages as the CRM has. To add any other language, please check this documentation. To get the emails in the CRM please check if the cron job is working properly. For any further issues send an email from support page. Thanks.

Urgently needed please: - Option to import all emails from all folders such as from inbox, sent and other folders << Maybe with a setting option to choose by user if they want to import their entire emails and folders.
—Security: Is a execution of the email file folder disabled ? example what if someone send a malware file by email, those files would be saved in the server unter plugins > email files. Are such files then dangerous for the entire server /cpanel ?
- Currently when i open a email, it is not showing to who the sender have send that email, but i can see only that he sended to me. Example CC is missing and reply to all is missing, when i open a email that i received.
- Creating folders is missing
- In customer area i can see only incoming mails related to that customer but not outgoing, when i go to the customer menu > choose the customer > then in the menu there it appear the mailbox for incoming mails related to that customer

Bro, why content from forms or html content are not appearing in inbox. Example i use WP Forms in a wordpress website which sends to my email every request made by my contact form there, but when i recieve in in the RISE Mailbox then the content is showing nothing. If i check in my roundcoube webmail then i see the content there. It seems like Mailbox Plugin is not showing HTML designed content.

Also, a lot of the emails I get get kind of broken because the formatting of the emails I receive comes out pretty messed up. In the original mail, for example. Generally the HTML Formatting of the emails I receive through the module does not work.

Hello, we installed the plugin, followed all the installation steps and even so we were only able to send emails, the RISE email box does not receive emails that arrive in the email account’s inbox.

yes, there is no correspondence, it is only a reply to the letter, if the recipient of the reply receives only the reply of the last letter, there is no reply option for the whole correspondence, like anywhere else, so I would like you to refund the money for this plugin, it is unusable
