Support for the Mailerlite does not work. After entering the API and clicking to verify the site keeps on trying to verify, but it never happens.

Also on the site there’s an “add-on” bundle, but that seems to be for the 35+ modules that are supposed to be included in this license. Am I understanding that correct? Do I also need to purchase the add-on bundle to have access to the all the modules (like the course builder)?

Hi, support We send two tickets for license deactivation, because we no longer use plugin at site which we install at first time. Now we want use it to another test site, but can’t activate license. In old site plugin was uninstalled a couple of hours after installation. How long need wait for license deactivation?

Quick question – how are subscriptions handled through stripe? Does the plugin create a subscription in stripe or just a one off payment each month? I’m trying to understand what would happen if at a later point I wanted to use a different membership platform – would I need to have all my users submit payment info again or would the subscription info be saved in stripe and I would just deal with account transfer?

Regarding the ARMember plugin, how do I allow another administrator to access the “Group Membership” page? I am unable to find where we can give access permission to this page, even though the user has site administrator access.

I need to get someone from the commercial sector to access this list and provide the necessary support. Having only the profile of the user who installed the tool being able to open the page is generating unnecessary support.

Hello. I’m currently using the latest version. However, I want to see the members from the plugin, but it does not show them. It keeps giving a loading error. There was no such problem before. Could you be half?

Is it possible to create different membership plans that will be visible only to different sets of members?

For instance, I want a situation whereby if I create a “Plan A”, only some set of members can see plan A. If I create “Plan B”, only some set of members can see Plan B. If I create “Plan C”, only some set of members can see Plan C, and so on.

The fact is, we have an association of members, where all members are to pay yearly dues. But all members do not pay a flat amount. For instance, some members are to pay $50, some are to pay $30 dollars, some are to pay $20, etc.

And we do not want a member to be able to see an optional amount other than the exact amount he/she should pay.

Is there workaround for this with your plugin?
