I am planning to purchased but unfortunately i observed that there is no updates since May and you’re telling people from may to resolve the problem manually. You should release update. Secondly you properly announced how many month you will take to release the update. I am doubtful regarding your update and customer support because i check your comments mostly customer complaining regarding your support. In which my opinion its second source of earnings. Just linger on the customer for 6 month and ask for renew the support. I hope you will understand and write me satisfied answer.
