Hi, I’m having an issue with SMTP. This is the error on WP Mail SMTP shows.
Mailer: Other SMTP PHPMailer was able to connect to SMTP server but failed while trying to send an email.
In ARMember’s general settings also failed to send a test email with the message: “Your test mail is not sent for some reason, Please check your SMTP setting”.
Could you please provide guidance to resolve this quickly?

I purchased two licenses for this plugin and I granted the use of one license to a group I’m no longer working for. In fact they have stopped using this plugin entirely and have gone to another platform. Before they changed the platforms they did not disable the license, and they can’t do it now because the plugin is not in effect, so how can I get the use of the license back for myself, (since I’m the one who owns the license)?

ARMember does provide a facility to change the text as per language so you can change the text of the admin panel but it will not be possible to change the logo at the admin panel menu.

Yes, you can achieve this by removing the license from the development site and apply the same license to your live site.
2. If the ads you have added shortcode or text/content then, ARMember does provide a shortcode which you can partially restrict content and accordingly you can show/hide content based on the member having membership plan.

Hi, Before making a purchase, I’d like clarification on whether the online course add-on is compatible with membership plans. Upon testing the demo, I observed that the courses are available either for free or through a one-time payment, but it doesn’t seem to align with the recurring subscription model outlined in the membership plan associated with this plugin. Got it working now, had to install Free version first, then paid version, then delete free version
No worries but i would not recommend to delete free version as soon common code will be shifted to lite version.

Hi. You said all customers need to open a support ticket. I’ve opened two tickets. I try to open another, and it the system says I have too many tickets open. Some of my questions I have found other people here on codecanyon have asked. If you can share previous questions/answers, then it would be helpful.
Well, Its for your own good. We did not have such restriction then some desperate customer would open same ticket 10 times with different subject to get faster attention. And our support staff will have to go through each of them sometimes multiple staff working on same issue as different tickets will be there. If will only further delay support of the other genuine customers.
Also, happy to share with you that soon we may open fb community for our plugins.
