The problem is that the twilio balance goes down every time I send a message but the message does not arrive even though the system says it was sent.

Brother, you should work on the pricing options. The SMS unit option is now working as balance in $. For example: Customer have subscribed to a plan that cost $10 & 100 sms unit. So, per sms unit cost will be $0.1. But they get $100 in their account. I know it can be fixed if we set the price for plain sms $1. But it makes no sense.

I have written an email to you about sms delivery status since 7 November. No feedback received.

When I send sms, the status changes to delivered, yet in actual fact, the sms has not gone through. No log or notification of what the issue is. Please help This applies to quick sms or by file or campaign

I recently purchased your app and wanted to share my initial experience, hoping it might help in improving the application.

Firstly, I appreciate the concept of your app – it seems promising. However, I encountered an issue right at the start. During installation, I repeatedly received a message stating that the process would take a few minutes and advised me not to refresh the page. Despite several attempts, this message persisted, but I eventually managed to install the app.

After installation, I proceeded to configure some basic settings. The next challenge arose when I attempted to add a sending server. Regardless of whether I chose a custom server or Twilio, I consistently faced an error, preventing successful integration.

Disaster! Disaster! My client sent a campaign to 1,000+ contacts and his balance was 500. The application allowed him to send, and he had negative -500 as his balance. For crying out loud, how can I run my business chasing people to pay for the negative balances? Is this application not supposed to pause sending of the message or possibly give an erro notice that you have insufficient credit? This is not acceptable please if it’s a General bug, kindly fix it ASAP and upload us correct files.

My developer is spending days investigating and trying to fix.

Urgent, I have tried on multiple groups and plans the PLAN FEATURE Below doesn’t seem to work.

Max contact per list “set to 5”*

but am allowed to upload unlimited number of contacts, I tested with 10, 20 etc.. and the groups accepted all contacts.

Please investigate this and get it to work as it is very useful in optimizing server usage.

This seem more of a general issue and if you fix for me alone, it will appear again when I use your next update….I report this issues for you to address them generally…As I have an internal developer fixing them issues inhouse.

Codeglen also i find out send campaignes for sms is not accured client send success 2119 sms messages allreadt withoutr sms in “quene status waiting for delivered” but in statistics domain it showing only that was succesfully send 1868 wich is not true data! Please for fix as well to be correct 100% stats
