that module should be installed on the intermediary site(s), on the main site having already installed the UAP system. All settings related to commissions are manageable via UAP Dashboard only.

Does your plugin support Cross-Domain Tracking? I have a domain where users register and choose products, then they are redirected to another domain to the actual WordPress webshop where they can pay. Can your plugin also track this? Thanks
You may have an external addon which can be installed on intermediary website in order to send further the tracking code, to the final website where the UAP and ecommerce plugin will be installed.
Still, the intermediary website needs to be a WordPress site as well.

I would like to know if you have adapted the plugin to WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. Since from October 2023 it is active by default for all new installations. Since many tables change on the mysql side, is it supported?
That script should not affects or change the way Ultimate Affiliate Pro system works or how it is linked with Woo system.

With Ultimate Affiliate Pro, you may set a specific rate for a specific membership or product, and you can also have a different rate for further recurring charges (if is about subscriptions handled via Ultimate Membership Pro).
Referrals will be generated every time a payment is identified, not at a certain time, such as weekly.

Referrals are the rewards received by affiliates, so obviously are part of the affiliate plugin and no other plugin requries for that.
The plugin must be installed in the WP site where the actions for generating referrals are tracking, no on other subdomains.

hello, I bought the extension a few years ago but unfortunately I cannot use it as I want because when it is active on my Narthenna.com wordpress site I am the only one who can log in as admin, the store manager cannot access the site interface in admin mode only as a customer I do not understand and as soon as I deactivate the extension everything works normally
Inside UAP Dashboard, only Administrator users have access.

Only allow_url_fopen i edit php.ini and set to allow_url_fopen = On but still error masage
‘allow_url_fopen’ directive is disabled. In order for Ultimate Affiliate Pro to work properly this directive has to be set ‘on’. Contact your hosting provider for more details.

Every single string is translatable inside the UAP system once you are following the KB instructions, and by keeping in mind that via language files are manageable only strings that cannot be managed via the UAP Dashboard already, you should look there first.

Just be sure that you’ve chosen the right Product and you’ve submitted the right Purchase Code for it, inside the support form. Otherwise, the team receives new tickets every day, without any issue.

Hello, I set up ranks for my affiliates. 1st rank has no achievements and other ranks have achievements. But the problem is when a new affiliate join the rank is not assigned to that person, And when someone reaches the achievement the rank doesn’t shift automatically. this rank system is not working.
