Hi guys, i installed the plugin on a staging folder of a domain to test it and set it up. Got a backup. Deleted that staging folder and uploaded the backup at the live folder (same domain). No way to revoke my license – i get message that the license is already used. Any suggestions?

For example, imagine I have a video on a landing page that I want to be hidden from any unregistered user, except for users who, even if not registered, have arrived at the landing page with a referral link that I create on my account page.

You may not manage the access or restrictions based on a referral link. There is not a such workaround possible , unfortunately.

I want to buy again, and update but already on another domain. How can I migrate all the data from module 8.4.1 to the new website that will have the latest version?
You may not need to migrate any data, but just to proceed with the update with the latest official version.

I will try to explain you what want my customer. Hee need a simple pop up of registration with e-mail, password when he want to acces the content of one post!
So, when it’s not register he can see the page of blog, then, when he want to acces one post, he will see a pop up with a message that me must be a register member for see the content.
After he complet the name, e-mail address and password, he can acces the content of the post and the account will be generated automatic. The account will be free. So, it’s only the e-mail address and name that he need!
The ideea it’s to be very easy to acces the restricted content, without redirect page. Any ideea if that it’s posible with the plugin ?

Yes, you can restrict how posts may show up in the list in order to not show up if are restricted for current user/visitor; you will find such an option in the General Settings section. Still, it can only control post lists, which are handled through WP functions, not custom-codded lists.

Hi Team … I would like to know if there is any additional usage parameters for the [ihc-user-banner] shortcode. I can’t find any reference to the banner in the support knowledgebase. If I use that shortcode to display the banner in a custom profile dashboard .. how does a user change the default banner. The “camera” icon only appears over the banner when using the [ihc-user-page] shortcode. Also, is there a php code that can be used to display the banner should I want to create a custom template in my child theme? Thanks. Sebastian
There are no other parameters for that extra shortcode and the shortcode has the purpose only to display the banner, but not to edit it

Thanks being part of our journey for a such long time and sorry if not everything is clear enough.
The Stripe integration is free to use. The Application fee is only related to Stripe Connect and is clearly mentioned inside the payment gateway setup section, via UMP Dashboard, and also inside the the documentation article, in order to be avoided any confusion.
Beside Stripe Checkout, this one requires extra maintenance costs in order to exist. But you still have the Stripe Checkout option which has no extra costs and implicit no fee, the same like other payment gateways integrated into the system

I obviously deactivated the license on my old domain. I checked the message “You have just revoked your license for Ultimate Membership Pro plugin.” I checked the message and neither of my two licenses are available on the new domain. Is there any way I can manage my licenses?

Hi, this plugin sounds interesting. My requirements are as follows.Can you please let me know if this plugin fit in my requirements or not before i purchase it.
Once the clients register into my site and login to their user name and the password .Each clients who register in my site will will see 3 folders one is labeled as 2022 and 2nd one is 2023 and 3rd folder is work in progress folders. Clients will upload the 2022 finished report in the 2022 folder and similarly, they will upload the 2023 file in the 2023 folder and also clients upload the work in progress file to the work in progress folder. Clients can’t open or download or see the work-in-progress file until the process is finished.
Clients can download the files uploaded in the folders except for the work-in-progress folder. This is the entire registration process.
Also during the registration process i have questionnaire to fill in which is mandatory for the registration process and ill validate it.Without filling the form the registration process wont finish.Also once the clients fill in the questionnaire and got registered the clients & admin will receive that filled in questionnaire as a PDF or word doc attachment along with his user name and password
Please let me this plugin meets my requirements or not.

I’ve my main website “abc[dot]com” and my content is located on “cdn[dot]abc[dot]com”. My Main website is based on WordPress. But I want to restrict the URL of “cdn[dot]abc[dot]com” CDN is subdomain and hosted on our independent server without any Framework or CMS.
I want that user should be able to register / to my main website to access and download the content available on sub domain.
Is it possible to restrict the sub domain content using the plugin?

You may restrict any content you want from the website where Ultimate Membership Pro but not a different or external website. Also once this one si a WordPress Plugin, the website where is installed and restricted should he a WordPress site.

Is it possible to upload the Company Logo (Avatar) from the media library instead of uploading the image externally? This creates two versions of the same logo for us and obviously adds more images to the media library than necessary.
