All installation is completed. SMTP settings and test are successful. The test e-mail has been received, but the send e-mail and the reminder e-mail are not sent.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I believe there might be an issue with the cron job configuration, causing the email not to work. Could you please refer to the documentation? You should find the ‘cron’ menu on the left sidebar

Customisation would need to send notification through SMS. Because every provides have different settings to send SMs.

We have given hierarchical structure in category. You can assign specific category to document and by the category you can view the list of document.

I purchased this document script because it was advertised as a SaaS-type solution, but after reviewing it, I don’t see it functioning as per the typical features of a SaaS service
We haven’t mention in description that script is Saas Type solution. Also we have provided demo for script where you can not see the Saas base features as well.
Hello, Can it be installed on hostinger hosting platform? Is there a possibility of creating folders to upload documents there and adding export option to generate list of documents uploaded, audit trails etc.
Hello, You can install in hostinger. Already we have category concept to assign to document. category should work as folder concept. We will add export features for audit trails in future release.

For example; a pdf x.pdf only a couple of people can see this document, how can I control this? Is this possible with the tool?
Thank you for contacting us, Once you upload a document from the All Documents page. The document will be accessible to super users who have the All documents page right. If you want to share documents to other users then you have to click on the shared document menu where you can share the particular documents with specific users or roles.

We have checked the Category filter which is working as expected. when you select the main category all the documents with the main category and child category will be filtered out. In case of child category it only filters specify category document.
i cheeked your online demo also when you select the main category all the documents with the main category and child category will not be filtered out, it will not showing all document inside chilled category

You don’t need to change the timezone, as we always store time in UTC and display it in the local timezone.

Hi, does it read .cad files? Does .doc, .excel, .txt, .pdf, .xml files allow you to edit and create new ones?
To view.CAD file customization would require, document management is provide view features. There are not Edit/Create features.

In Demo notification will not work as we have not configure the CRON job on demo. but, in real time application will refresh the notification every 10 min.

I would like to use your solution to store more than 10’000 pdf files and I would like to define metadata for each file. Maybe with a .csv additional file to upload with the metadata stored for each files.
This idea makes me think that it would be interesting to be able to create search metadata.
In my case, I would like to store PDF invoices there. I would like to be able to create a metadata titled: “Invoice number” and be able to put my invoice number there. Then I would like to be able to search on this criterion alone.
What do you think?

Thank you for detailed explanation. Currently, we don’t have above mentioned feature. but, you can achieve it by using existing meta tags inside the create/edit documents. you can put invoice number inside the meta tags than we have separate search using meta tags in listing screen. by using it you can search documents with specific invoice number.

Sorry for late reply, we are use Microsoft online viewer to view office extension files. So you can not view office extension file in localhost. You have to deployed on any domain. We will check your second point and revert back to you.
