Hello, it is possible to set a limit of votes so when it’s reached, a particular option isn’t available anymore? For example, I want people to choose between option A and B but if 20 people choose option A, only the option B will be available.

Setting a limit is available (quota), but it’s for overall choices (whole poll, not a specific choice). That could be customized, though, don’t hesitate to contact our support and ask to arrange a customization request.

TotalPoll does have its capabilities (permissions). However, you will need to map the capabilities to the role you want to let them create polls.

Can I use this for a voting system where a single person can vote multiple times. A voting system where there is a specified payment for each vote casted.
For instance Mr A can vote 1, 2, 3, or even 1000 time for a particular person. Now, if each vote is $1, and Mr A wants to give 1000 votes for his particular person, then Mr A would be charged $1X1000= $1000 from his payment card.
And if Mr A pleases, he can come over again anytime to cast more votes for his person, or even for another person.

Yes. TotalPoll provides this as part of the totalsuite.net addon that is called Social Media Authentication.
This requires the user login with Facebook before voting.
TotalPoll also provides cookies, IP and user authentication methods to prevent multi-voting.

Total Poll can deal with members and roles by default, regardless of what membership plugin you use. You can set the poll to accept votes from members only or allow only very specific members’ roles to vote.

I have a suggestion of a feature but I don’t know if you already have it. Is it possible to have a situation where a logged in users does not have to always fill forms before participating in polls? So the users logs in, fills a profile and the plugin can use the user profile as details for the polls.
