1 – it is there since v1.0 – Google 2FA.
2 – we have implemented concept of workbooks for sorting for saving template, STT and TTS results since v1.0 as well.
Spend some time to get to know the script and its features.
Actually didnt find 2FA in the demo A/c so was wondering / Yes the workbook would be a nicer workaround. Getting to install your script now, so exploration begins now. Sorry, we are confusing the scripts. We were not aware that you purchased this script too.
If there is no 2FA we will consider it for future updates.
No plans for folder structure for this particular script. Amazon Glacier is not very friendly for random folder names which do not follow their structures, which people of course will not follow.

pls see if you can give workbooks for this script as well it will help solve folder structure at-least in the frontend for users will be still able to visually sort their storages (even if at AWS it sits all in one bucket. BTW also bought your file transfer script if 2FA could be incorporated for that too as well.

1. If you could pls help me understand what Expedited Retrieval Supported / Standard Retrieval Supported changes Admin’s billing with AWS ? Do we pay more if we offer these two services as SUPPORTED in our subscription plan ? I wasn’t sure on what it would mean when switched On / Off for our revenue generation.
2. Can we give both Expedited Retrieval Supported and Standard Retrieval Supported model in our subscription plan ?
3. When its ON do we pay more to AWS ?
4. Can we use any other S3 Compatible service instead of AWS ?
5. Can we offer different AWS locations (for each of our subscription plans) to remain data storage location complaint with various geographic locations of our subscribers ?

How does selection between A / B / C affect our internal billing with AWS ? Because user will always want to get it under Expedited – Typically within 1-2 min – fastest time to download.
13. When user is uploading why would they choose Deep Archieve vs Glacier because Glacier offers them fatser download availability ? But that costs admin more and the billing under subscription is done once leaving the user to decide which one to choose. So bit unclear why we have two options where we have difference in their billing between AWS and Admin

You will need to customize the css files as needed to support RTL. Script comes with all sass files.

We don’t offer customization under any license types, not customization requests are support under codecanyon support policy (you will need to consider hiring a 3rd party developer for RTL implementation). We can help with a free installation with extended license if you have a cpanel/plesk panels, and help with AWS configuration. Script uses Laravel Framework – v9.

1 – you can set a free recovery mode when setting up a plan. Or for higher price create a plan with expedited mode. All files will be available only for the duration set for file availability.
2 – no, there is no option for that.

We haven’t touched the demo when you were testing. We haven’t logged in to that demo for several month now.
So what was going on last week when I would upload a file to the demo and then send a request to download but the request was taken hours and when I contacted support I was told wait a minute that he was going to do something and then it was available for download. Did you get my email regarding that issue on my site? Because I was send a request on my site to download and now it’s been two days I’ve checked it quite off then and it’s still saying it’s pending as a request

If, I go into phpMyAdmin, archives; I can see the request (download request marked with a 1. If I go in to edit, downloadable tinyint(1) and set that value as 1, then look on the archive section on the web page. That file I marked the value for 1 is now ready to be downloaded. There is a problem some place because the web page isn’t automatically changing the file to download ready. This isnt my first time working with PHP and MySQL. I have 20 years in this. Its easier any more to purchase on code canyon
