Thank you for your comment. In order to operate Ultimate SMS, you must acquire an SMS gateway API from SMS gateway providers such as Twilio, Nexmo, Plivo, and others. Ultimate SMS already offers integration with over 200 SMS gateway APIs. You can select one from the available options or even add your own gateway to Ultimate SMS. Afterward, you need to update your SMS API credentials within Ultimate SMS. Finally, you can use your SMS gateway API to send text messages through Ultimate SMS.

Hi It depends on sms gateway provider. If your sms gateway provider supports alphanumeric sender id feature then you can do this with ultimate sms.
In this case, you to verify your brand name from your sms gateway provider and have to assign this to your customer from ultimate sms admin portal navigate by Sending -> Sender Id option.

With latest updates seems the billing has changed, you cannot see total amount based on sms purchased, before it was possible to see total amount versus number of sms being purchased, during top you could see both sms count vs total amount in given currency when toping up, but for now its difficult or not posible to know, but also sms count is showing as Currency, on topup and sms purchase page, same in showing in the invoice, this is confusing, please review

Again, General bug found! Campaing Builder Sms credit doesn’t deduct, as user’s balances remains the same! This is suicidal as we would be loosing money whiles customers send campain builder messages for free.
I know u will ask me to raise a ticket but no, my developers have fixed this for me, am only doing everyone else here a favour.
So fix it, as it is not peculiar issue it is GENERAL. Do this fix urgently and re-upload the correct files.

Yes, you have the flexibility to assign the same plan to multiple customers. Moreover, you can designate different sender names for various customers by accessing the Admin Portal and selecting ‘Sending’ and then ‘Sender ID’ from the options. In the plan we can give only one sender ID.
If we assign the same Plan, then the same sender ID will show for all the customers.
So, if super admin change the sender ID in the sending / sender ID page to different sender IDs, then will the sender ID in the sending / Sender ID page will override the sender ID attached to the plan?

As I stated this is a General issue, get it fixed and provide us with the correct files to do the installations ourselves, is it intentional to cause this bug so everyone will be compelled to renew their support?

Good, Tested and now the installation is working.
Check for mobile view bugs please, they are too manay especially on “Action Buttons”
1 is contact delete button not responsive in mobile view and many more.
Also, when are we making good use of template tags ? this feature is something that should be focused on. as it would be very useful for many.
For me I have a team of developers and they are able to fix these minor bugs, am just doing the novice guys a favour here.
Template Tags module fixes
This should be deployed as how the SENDER ID module works; Such that customers would request a tag, and it is reviewed and approved by super admin before the customer can use it….making each requested tag seen and used by the customer that requested.
1. Currently when super admin creates a template tag it is visible to every user…. *better if feature can be added so that super admin can assign it to a user.
2. Aslo apart from the above (1.) when uploading contacts through excel, the custom tags does not show in the import fields drop down list for selection which makes the Template Tags useless at the moment. as you can only make manual edits / inputs for the custom tag fields by editing each contact in a group (PAINFUL).

In the new version of our software, SMS units are converted into pricing. Therefore, you will need to update your customer pricing as well as your plan pricing.
In addition, the new version works on a country-based system for the sending server. You’ll need to assign this from the ‘Plan Pricing’ option. If preferred, you can also set up a ‘Customer Based’ pricing system. You can also assign a Sending Server to your customer to provide them the option to select a sending server. Otherwise, it will hidden from the customer portal.
The update process will take approximately an hour, during which your SMS balance and settings will be updated to be compatible with the new version.
