I am reaching out for assistance with improving the performance of my bulk SMS campaigns via Jasmin SMS Gateway using Ultimate SMS. Despite having a robust server setup—12-core, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and a high-speed network—along with configuring the package to unlimited sending and allocating 50 processes, I am facing challenges with campaign performance.
Currently, my Operator SMPP achieves a sending rate of 150 SMS per second. However, for bulk SMS campaigns comprising around 40,000 messages, the delivery time extends between 4 to 5 hours, which is quite prolonged. With an upcoming campaign next week aiming to disseminate up to 1 million SMS, I am keen on understanding how Ultimate SMS can better manage this volume and expedite the delivery process.
I would greatly appreciate any prompt assistance or insights you could provide to help address this performance issue. Looking forward to your valuable guidance.

Hello – Is it possible to hide everything related to subscriptions in the dashboard? Perhaps by adding some custom css somewhere?
For example, I’d like to hide the “Current Plan” module on main Dashboard page and the “Subscriptions” tab on the billing page and the “Subscription Warning” toggle on preferences tab.
The only thing that gets charged in my setup is for SMS Balance, so having $0 subscription pricing and and expiration date can be a bit confusing and leads to lots of questions.
