Hello,
Is it possible to credit a customer’s Lifetime Value as a discount towards a Lifetime Membership Plan?
Thank you and have a Fantastic Day!
Hello,
I’m not sure I understand your requirements. Would you mind elaborating?
This plugin offers a bunch of customer value / purchase history conditions that you can use to target your pricing rules, discounts and fees.

If I bought this plugin, the regular price will still appear beside the sale price as default?
Hi,
Yes, regular price is still displayed next to a discounted price.
If you have any other questions just let me know.
Paul
Hi team, do you have an option to offer a first purchase discount? Ex: “15%OFF on first order”
Hello,
Yes, just add a customer order count condition and set its value to read “less than 2”. You can add this condition to any of your pricing rules.
Paul
Hello, I am interested on this plugin but have a question. Do you have an option for first order to make discount? For example I want to offer in my website “Get 15% off on first order”
Thanks
Hello,
Sure, you can easily add a customer order count condition and set it to be “less than 2”.

I want to set shipping price based on quantity like 0-10 = $5, 11-20 = 7$, 21-30 = Free.
By doing this, I want to be able to set this in category level. Example, Category A, set 0-10 = $5, 11-20 = 7$, 21-30 = Free. While Category B, set 0-20 = $15, above 20 = Free.
But for some specific products, I want to be able to set in product level.
Can this plug in go this?
Hello,
This plugin does not offer shipping rates functionality. We offer another plugin called WooCommerce Conditional Shipping – you can check if it works for you.

I am creating my product feeds with “CTX Feed Pro – WebAppick” but since version 2.4.6 of this plugin i can not use the value “Sale Price” in my product feeds which is pretty essential.
It will not add sale prices made by your plugin to the final feed file and i it does not finish all products. This was not a problem in 2.4.5.
Please take a look on it..
Kind regards Anders
Hi Anders,
This plugin is designed to work in the frontend and does not work in the backend, in APIs, product feeds etc. If it used to work with some product feed plugin, this was accidental.
I have run through changes in 2.4.6 and could only identify one small change that may influence this. If you haven’t done so yet, please submit a support ticket at https://support.rightpress.net/ and we will test if reverting this particular change fixes the problem.

Hello, our support has expired for this plugin but wanted to ask in case anyone has figured this out. We have bulk pricing discounts for product quantity which is working great. However if a customer is on the cart page and changes the quantity the price discounts takes a good 2-7 seconds to load the discounted price. I would like to disable the price calculation on the cart page and only show the discounted amount on the checkout page. Is it possible to disable the pricing rules on the cart page?
Hello,
Thanks for your feedback.
I’m afraid there’s no way to disable price calculation on the cart page since cart page displays prices and subtotals – this is core behaviour.
If it takes up to 7 seconds to update the cart, this is definitely something I would be interested looking into. Please submit a support ticket through out support site and we will take it from there.
Thanks!
Paul
Hello Paul, Thank you for your reply. I thought it may of been default behaviour. I have managed to get it down to roughly 4-5 seconds by removing some un needed scripts from loading on the cart page. But if it can be improved further I would be interested. I will submit a support ticket on your website. Thank you
Hi,
I have a pre-sales question. Is your plugin compatible with the Bricks Builder ecosystem?
Thx in advance.
Didier
Hi Didier,
Thank you for reaching out.
While we haven’t specifically tested our plugin with Bricks Builder, we’ve designed it to adhere to standard WooCommerce functions and hooks. This means it is compatible with most of other themes and plugins.
If you choose to purchase our plugin and encounter any compatibility issues that we can’t resolve, rest assured we’ll provide a full refund.
Paul
Hi Paul! Thx for your response.
I will buy and test your plugin this week end on a stagging site.
Kind regards.
Hello,
do I understand it correct, that it’s not possible to activate one licence on staging and live site at the same time to make simple one click updates via backend available on both sites? Some limitations would be fine, e.g. the staging site has to be on a sudomain on the same domain.
Thank you in advance.
Hello,
We do not have such limitations in place – you can have the license active on both live and staging instances of your website.
Are you running into any issues with automatic updates? If so, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
Paul
Glad you fine Paul! Thank you for not abandon the plugin
Hi,
Thanks for your comment.
Yes, an update was long overdue. I have quite a few nice new features planned for version 2.5 – please check for a new update in a few months.

Hi, i’ve selected a custom texonomy pwb-brand and trying to search for a brand but, it returns an empty array, i tried other custom taxonomies too, but it returns the same empty array, i’ve checked the response on chrome dev tools network tab
Hi,
I just checked this on my local installation and custom product taxonomy conditions seems to be working fine with a few taxonomies that I tested.
If you continue to have this issue, please get in touch with us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ and we will take it from there.

Hi Paul, Thank you for a prompt response, i’ve opened a ticket on support forum, please check and response, Thanks
Is this plugin dead? I’m currently seeing an update prompt within WordPress, saying that 2.4.6 is available – click to update. Given this plugin doesn’t seem to exist on WordPress.org, I’m rather concerned that this is a security issue. Particularly since 2.4.6 isn’t available here on CodeCanyon.
Hello,
We have released version 2.4.6 today. It is already available for automatic updates and it’s pending on CodeCanyon. It should be live on CodeCanyon in several hours.
If you have any other concerns please let me know!
Paul
When will this plugin be HPOS compatible? Thanks!
Hello,
Version 2.4.6 now declares HPOS compatibility. The plugin itself has been compatible for years (we are only using standard WooCommerce functions, not accessing database directly etc), we only needed to double check our code and add the HPOS support flag.
Paul
Is this plugin dead?
Hi,
No, it’s not – it’s working just fine on thousands of websites.
We have also just released an update.
Are you experiencing any issues?
Paul
Is this plugin abandoned?
Hello,
No, it’s definitely not.
Paul
Is this plugin abandoned? Not working with new sites and seems to not have updated for now nearly a year.
Hello,
Version 2.4.6 has just been released.
Could you please let me know what problems you are experiencing on new sites?
Paul
Hi:
As we all know that WooCommerce’s HPOS is about to be released with WooCommerce version 8.2. WooCommerce has required all the plugins to declare compatibility with it’s upcoming HPOS system. I am wondering if this plugin has any plan to enable HPOS compatibility in the near future or it’s not in the roadmap? Thanks!
Hello,
Version 2.4.6 is compatible with HPOS.
In fact, previous versions were also compatible – we just needed to review our code once more and add a compatibility flag so that WooCommerce considers our extension as compatible.
Paul
is this plugin abandoned?
Hello,
Thank you for your question!
It’s definitely not and we have just released a new version.
Paul
Hi there, I am using your plugin with Woocommerce PayPal, but it always display error. Just FYI that just one plugin here https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-advanced-paypal-payments/ is compatible with your plugin. For all other PayPal plugins, it displays error when configure the discount.
Hello,
Could you please let me know what that error reads?
Ideally, if you could submit a support ticket at https://support.rightpress.net/ that would be great.
Paul

Hi,
It’s a “yes” to all of these questions.
If you have any other questions please let me know!
