Hey! Just to say thank you about the update! So, thanks a lot! Please, keep up your excellent work. Have a nice one!
Thank you! We’re pleased that you’re keeping up with the latest updates.
First of all, thank you for your kind reply. I have one more question.
The plug-in UI design is great, but I would like to adjust the horizontal size of the sidebar when viewed on mobile and the size of the small icon that appears when the sidebar is collapsed.
Can I know the CSS class or ID? Then, please respond.
thank you
Then the class is protected in the asset’s css! You get more inquiries than anyone else. Should I change the place where the side bar is acknowledged when opening the map on mobile? please answer about my question.
Hello,
Please use these two classes to customize the locator sidebar width: .twer-store-locator-panel.open .twer-store-locator-panel
and .twer-store-locator-panel-btn-toggle for the sidebar open button
You can use CSS media queries to change the styles of these elements for any breakpoints.

Hello! I purchased the treweler plugin and am setting it up as a test to create a store locator page, but I have some questions.
your company https://treweler.com/demo-maps/real-estate-locator/ If you look at the template, I would like to make it so that photos and information are listed on the left and the map can be moved by clicking on each item.First, I created a Map, Templates, and Markers, and only the Category and Radius appear on the left, and the information for the marker appears only on the map.
How do I set the store information to be listed on the left side as well?
Then, please respond. Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing the Treweler plugin!
To enable a store locator on the map, please click the “Store Locator” tab on the map settings page and activate the “Enable Store Locator” switcher.
Use the “Custom Fields” tab on the marker or template settings page to customize the fields displayed in the locator sidebar. We recommend using template functionality to edit a large number of markers.

Thank you!
HI – I tried adding the above CSS code to the additional CSS field to try to change the font (in addition to various CSS versions utilising my own website’s font) and could not get the font to change after 20 attempts. Has anyone successfuly changed it?

Hi – when I click that support link I get sent to a page that says: 404 – Nothing to see here Just kidding. There’s plenty to see on CodeCanyon. Why not try a search, or take a look at our Popular files?
Hello,
Sorry, there’s a dot at the end of the link. Please use the same link but without a dot at the end.
https://codecanyon.net/item/treweler-advanced-mapbox-maps-builder-plugin-for-wordpress/34662374/supportHi, I have bought a license for version 1.12 and really love the plugin. However, just downloaded and activated version 1.13.27, and surprisingly discovered that fields have been changed (and missing) for markers in the Popup (styles) tab. So I would lose quite some text and links I have added to my markers. This means, I can not (and will) not update the plugin. Do you take care of any backward compatibility? Thanks, Peter
Hello Peter,
Thank you for the feedback!
In the 1.13 versions of the plugin, we have stopped using these fields in order to move forward with the more flexible solution of using custom fields. If you are unable to switch to custom fields, please stay on the 1.12 version. We plan to release a solution to use these fields in 1.13 and next versions within the next week. Hope for your understanding!
Please stay tuned for new updates!
OK, thanks, 1.12 still does the job!
Hello Peter,
Please contact our support team using this link https://codecanyon.net/item/treweler-advanced-mapbox-maps-builder-plugin-for-wordpress/34662374/support
We will provide you with a hotfix to support deprecated fields.
Thank you in advance!
Hi support,
So I just read in the comments about the importing functionality:
“We are developing an additional module allowing you to import markers through Google Spreadsheets. We plan to release it in one of the following versions of the plugin.”
Can you give me a rough estimate please? Since I’m about to start adding the markers but I have 100’s. So importing would be so nice and worth waiting a bit if the client agrees.
If not, is it possible to import by WP All Import for example?
Hope you can help, thanks! Steff
Hello Steff,
Thank you for staying tuned!
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you the exact release date. Most likely the version will be released in the next few weeks.
We hope this information helps in some way.
Hi, any news on this?
Thank you!
Hello Steff,
The new version is under development and testing. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you the exact release date. Currently the approximate release date is the end of this month or the beginning of next month. We are doing our best to release the new version as soon as possible.
Hope for your understanding!
Hi Aisconverse
!
I just discovered this plugin and I think it is awesome.
One question, is there the possibility of having and displaying different trails (gpx) and as they are selected, displaying them on the map on the right?
Thanks a lot!
Hello,
Thanks for your interest in the Treweler plugin!
You can add as many GPX routes to the map as you like, but displaying in the locator sidebar is currently only available for markers. As an alternative way, we would recommend creating a separate visible or hidden marker for each route and displaying them in the locator sidebar with the necessary settings.
Hope it will help!
is it support dynamic data from csv file? so the map keep getting updated.
Hello,
Thanks for your interest in the Treweler plugin!
We are developing an additional module allowing you to import markers through Google Spreadsheets. We plan to release it in one of the following versions of the plugin.
Thank you!
A great plugin for inserting maps into your site. It has a rich set of features for almost any task related to maps.
Given this it is extremely unpleasant to say that there are several problems:
1. The data format in the demo version and the commercial version is slightly different. At least I entered a few objects in the demo version, but after the purchase commercial version these objects were not transferred.
2. Worst of all was the situation after the release of the last update of the commercial version. The developer did not bother with providing data migration from the previous version, but simply changed the data format. Several days of my work were lost. When asked to provide the ability to import previous data, the developer suggested that I just re-enter all this data in a new format. Therefore I’m forced to use the previous version although the update contains bug fixes that I also need
Hello,
Thank you for the feedback!
The data format is the same for all plugin versions. All data should transfer well and we’ve never had this problem before. Perhaps you had some conflicts during the update. If you notice such a problem in the future, please contact us via support.
As for the second point. As we wrote above, the data format has not changed. In the latest version of the plugins, we have removed the use of three fixed fields in order to move forward with the more flexible solution of using custom fields. All these other fields remain unchanged and you can continue to use them as before. In your case, we recommended that you switch to using custom fields so that in the future you can fully use all the features of the plugin.
In any case, we always listen to the opinions of users and a lot of features have been made according to your requests. Now we are working on a new version of the plugin in which we plan to include a solution for backward compatibility with these fields.
Please stay tuned for new updates!
Hello team! Can I import a CSV file into my “markers”? Can I sync custom post_type with markers? Thank you for your comeback.
Hello,
The import of markers via CSV file is currently not available. We are working on the import feature and it will be released in one of the next versions of the plugin.
Thank you!
Thanks for your reply. can i call my custom fields in my template ? With WP custom while ? It’s working like ACF ? Maybe something like get_field(‘FIELD_NAME’); Can you help me please ?
It all depends on the specific task. But in general, we cannot provide a stable solution for the compatibility of ACF plugins at the moment.
Hello,
If we buy this plugin, do we get the sample designs also?
Hello,
Thanks for your interest in the Treweler plugin!
Unfortunately, we do not provide any demo data with the plugin, since all plugin settings are intuitive and should not cause any difficulties.
Thank you!
Possibility to buy them as style? You can share them as copyable?
All map settings and markers are stored in the database and unfortunately they cannot be quickly exported or copied separately from other site settings.
Hey,
Any idea when/if you might implement the new 3D environments, enhanced wayfinding and location awareness stuff from mapbox? https://www.mapbox.com/blog/standard-core-style
Thanks
Hello,
All these changes are still in beta. We will consider adding them to the new version of our plugin as soon as they are officially released.
Thanks for your interest in new features.
Is it possible to do multi stops route planning with this plugin?
Hello,
We appreciate your interest in the Treweler plugin!
Within the plugin, routes and markers function as independent objects. To begin, you can create routes using one of the available match modes, such as free-hand, driving, circling, or walking. Afterward, you have the option to create markers with popups positioned above the route. So you can automatically create the route you need and manually add markers after that.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you!
Is there a chance to provide addresses and let the algorithm do the magic instead of doing it manually?
Example : When I put a specific address or location in GMaps, it finds the best route for me to arrive at that location, what I am trying to achieve is quite similar to that, instead of 1 address, I want to do multiple stops to deliver merchandise, and I want the system to find the best routes for to avoid missing any of those stops.
In the admin panel, you can set the necessary locations on the map and the route will be built automatically using one of the matching modes (driving, circling, or walking). After saving, the route will be displayed on the map you selected. The route can be changed through the admin panel by the admin, but not on the frontend by the map user.
Unfortunately, automatic route building by addresses is not available at the moment, you can automatically build a route only by selected locations on the map.
Hello,
I have a map that requires multiple routes with different colours. You have bugs that stop me selecting different colours for routes. I’ll email you a screencast please can you check?
Thanks
Ignore me. I’ve realised you can create routes separately and then have them all set to one map to show mutli routes on one map. I was doing it the wrong way.
Hi, is there any problem with the shape? I can no longer select the map from the drop down menu inside Shape.

Are there plans for an update in 2023? Last was October 2022, hope for new tools from MapBox GL JS.
Thanks for your interest in updates! We plan to release the next version of the Treweler plugin soon. The new version is already under testing.
Hello, could this plugin be used to map out city communities? Communities would be specific areas in a city that has a specific name. Could also be a gated community area. etc. Do you have an example of this?
Hello,
Thanks for your interest in the Treweler plugin!
Could you please clarify your requirements? What functionality are you looking for to build these types of maps?
Thank you!
My thought was to be able to build a border around each community and make it so the end user can hover over the area and it would display information about the community and send offer them a way to “view more” which would take them to a community page.
Thank you for the clarification!
As a solution it’s possible to add any number of polygons to the map and style them. Once that is done, you can place a marker in the center of each polygon. When the marker is clicked or hovered over, a popup will appear with the necsessary information, including a button with a link to the page you need.
Hello,
1. Why have you separated markers from routes, from maps. Seems such a strange way of doing it. It means I have to put map markers on a map without seeing the route I’ve just created? I want to do it all on the same page.
2. How can I link a map marker directly to a URL? Users click the map marker and a url is triggered, I don’t need a popup I need a hyperlink – is it possible?
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing! Please find responses to your questions below.
1. We are working on this improvement and it will be released in one of the next versions of the plugin. 2. At the moment you can only add links in the marker popup. This functionality is also on our roadmap for improvements.
Please contact our support team using this link https://codecanyon.net/item/treweler-advanced-mapbox-maps-builder-plugin-for-wordpress/34662374/support for any additional questions.

Hi Guys,
Any news on this update? I could really do with the feature to get a mark marker to trigger a URL.
Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for your interest in updates!
New features are added to the plugin according to priorities. We will definitely add the ability to open a link when clicking on a marker in one of the next versions.
Thank you!
Thanks for the reply. When is the new version due for release?
We plan to release the new version of the plugin in the next few weeks. Unfortunately we can’t tell you the exact release date. Hope for your understanding!
Hello,
I have a map that contains multiple routes. Is there a way to have it so that if a user clicks a route it opens a specific url?
Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, this functionality is not currently available. As an alternative we would recommend using a marker with the required link to be placed on the routes.
Pre-purchase question… I want to build an institutionnal locations map… your plugin looks awesome and there is some slick styles so cool.. but I don’t see any side panel with the list of entrance anywhere so I suppose this is not in option ?
Like a real Store locator, you know ?
So I’m wondering, as it’s a CPT from what I have read… I could make myself the list with all entrances with elementor Pro but do you think it would be easy to have the direct link in order to point on the good marker on clic ? is it possible to have a link to open marker A or B ? I mean I could dynamically build it if there is a way to point on a specific marker. Just let me know if this is possible or not, and I will see further technical details with the support after purchase. Thx
Hello,
Thanks for the questions!
Unfortunately, the sidebar for the store locator is not yet available, we plan to add this feature in the next version of the plugin. At the moment you can only use the store locator without the sidebar. Please take a look at the demo https://treweler.com/features/store-locator/
As for the direct link to the marker, unfortunately this is also not possible. You can only create one map and then duplicate it on different pages with different initial point and zoom level.
Hope it will help!
yes I already saw the demo an the fact that when we clic on a marker there is no change in the URL… when will you make such update ? I write you in PM to see if i can help to make this happen quicker.
Thank you for contacting us directly! We have just replied to your email.
Hi, I discovered that I can treat markers as custom post types. I have an auto-import function so that markers can be created automatically. Now I wonder if I can also automatically enter the coordinates as Custom Fields/Taxonomies by means of a field name and a value? Does the coordinate field have a specific field name?
I mean such as Meta field so it is possible to update markers with forms
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing!
Unfortunately, we have not tested this way of importing data and cannot guarantee that it will work properly.
