We never heard about that plugin, so there is no direct integration with it.
Paid customer. Do you guys do custom modifications. The interface and login screens and everything out of the box are really bad. And have you developed any new payout systems other than Stripe and paypal that the rest of the world actually uses… common ones like skrill, neteller, wise, crypto, etc? The payout options are pretty limited for what most people use.

For custom development you may get in touch with development team, they may provide those kind of services based on available time. Still, we recommend to check all the existent templates once most of them are coming with a modern design.
Related to payout, do not mix this process with regular payments process. Skrill, neteller, etc other than Stripe or PayPal does not have the Payout service available or manageable via API.

There is no a such priority support service. All customers treated equally once there is the same price for support subscription and no different packages.

In version 8.3 there is an error that every sale makes payment without approving the order. I’m sending a message but I have no response.
A such error is not confirmed in v.8.3 or either v.8.2. If there is any technical concern please get in touch with support team and they will have a look over your particular case. The support subscription can be renewed anytime even is currently expired.
I can send you a video. I have had the plugin in production for 1 year and with more than 50 affiliates. It’s very good and I recommend it, but I would like to update to the latest version. Unfortunately, when I’m upgrading from version 8.0 to 8.2 or 8.3, the system takes sales that are “not verified” and adds them to the amount to be received.

I have to keep everything as “Heading”, otherwise there’s no line breaks at all.

The system upgrades the ranks based on received referrals, no matter for what reasons those referrals have been provided.
We set this plugin up on a test site, never used it, and deactivated the site. Now I want to try it on another site but it keeps insisting the license it activated on the old site, doesn’t give me a chance to de-active it on the old site, and I cannot even raise a support ticket about it because my support period has expired. So basically, I have wasted my money.

The issue of not allowing buyers to change the logo in the backend has been discussed in the Envato forum and answered: details here:: https://forums.envato.com/t/envato-license-issue/468796/4 . The moderator says there is no such law that forbids buyers from changing item logo.
The question has been altered. The identity of the product as the ownership are protected by the copyright law and can not be changed. You can not change the product in order to hide his real identity, name or ownership. This has nothing to do with Envato rules but copyright law which protects our work.
The logo does not change the authorship of the item, and a buyer changing a logo in the backend to match the website or the brand name which the item was licensed for, does not violate copyright ownership. You only have a case if someone is changing the logo or ownership to reproduce/ resell your item under a new brand name, there the copy right issues comes in. Envato Team should make things clear
Good morning, after making the last update of the plugin, creating new affiliates does not work for us, neither directly in the plugin’s affiliate menu, nor in the form to create new affiliates, the system does not indicate an error, it confirms that they have been created, but then The person we created does not appear in the list.
On the other hand, in the affiliate panel, when affiliates want to create a campaign you do not give them the option to create it, you enter the name of the campaign, and when you enter the name you click create and it is left thinking as if it had been created , but then the campaign that was created does not appear, so affiliates cannot create unique links for specific products.
All this happened after updating the plugin.
