Some time that I get this message, but if I open the page wordpress tells me that I am not allowed to open this page. Seems that this page does not exists. But why do I get this message if I cannot resolve it?

Hello, This can occur if the design options page is disabled by using theme integration code. You can backup the site and then switch onto a default theme like twenty twenty three to then access the page and save the design options. Once done, switch back to the theme that was used.

Hi there,
I’ve run into an issue with the ‘textarea_html’ when I’m using it in a param_group. If I use the field type in the param_group then the data doesn’t save and on page reload the content disappears.
I did a quick search and it turns out, this seems to be a known WPBakery plugin issue when ‘textarea_html’ is used in nested parameter groups (param_group). Is this true and have you come across this issue on your end ? If so, do you have a solution or a workaround?
Any help would be super appreciated as I’m currently having to use ‘textarea’ instead, and it doesn’t allow bold, links, lists etc for my clients.

Hello, I just updated WordPress, my theme, and the WPBakery Page Builder that I am using on my homepage, but the plugin is not working. I can’t edit my homepage using this editor now. I even uploaded the older version again, but it is still not working. What’s your advice? What should I do? The plugin came with the theme.

My antivirus is picking up unsafe links coming from this plugin, making my website go crazy. I disabled all plugins, I re-enabled all plugins one by one and discovered WP Bakery was showing issues, I have the link but unsure if i should post here.

Hi There, I need 2 filters in my shop. Category and Brand. Category I got fixed, but I don’t know what is best way to create the Brand filter. I tried this with attributes, but the filter looks and works different then the category filter. Is there a way to have an extra filter which looks and works the same as the category filter?
Or can I make an extra category with Brand and show that in only a second filter?

Hello, The WPBakery Page Builder can be used on custom post types. If the courses are added as custom post types, then the page builder will work fine on them.

Hi WPBakery, We have a theme where WPBakery was included. The developer redesigned the theme drastically which uses Elementor – so we are forced to either try and update site to new Elementor theme, or look for a new theme that uses WPBakery. My question is would it be possible to buy a license for WPBakery ourselves and update the current theme we are using so we can get the plugin up to date and not worry about moving to a new theme? thkyou
Hello, Yes, the WPBakery Page Builder works fine with any theme which is coded as per the WordPress theme development guidelines. The only thing to check will be to make sure that the version of the plugin included within the theme was not customized by modifying it’s core files as in such case any changes made to it will be lost upon the plugin update.

Hello, The standard grid elements such as post grid does not have a feature to exclude a category. A workaround is to enter all the other categories in narrow data source field.

We have multiple category section items in home page, but one single section have for all latest product. as a result, its shows duplicated products in home page when we added any product. is there any way to exclude any products that already showing in above any row grid.
Hello, Each element renders their content independent of other elements. Due to this, there is no way to detect the products that are already showing and then to exclude them from displaying.

We found that your plugin is causing the following error “Deprecated: preg_split(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated” with the default WordPress functions: get_the_excerpt(), the_excerpt(), get_the_content(), the_content()
Your “fixPContent” function returns null if the content is empty when the default functions return an empty string or bool(false)
