Make sure you have the main .htaccess file exist on the website root directory, this file is required. You may missed it or it may be hidden on your machine.
The other one one ”/core/.htaccess” is only for security purpose to disable direct access to the core files only.

I would like to double-check the version I have, As shown in the settings database I have version 10 which is the latest update right? note: I purchased it on 23 of Sep 2023.
An issue I faced: While updating the meta description in Website Settings > General Settings > WebInfo, got a 500 HTTP code error saying “SQLSTATE22001 string data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column ‘site_desc_ar’” It turns out there was a limit to the string characters and no validation for it.

Yes, you are right.
The allowed characters for description text is 191 char, You doesn’t need more because page description that appear on Google search engine for example is 65 characters and it cut any long text.

1. For the frontend there is no features require visitors to login but you can enable login/registration to the dashboard if you want that with custom permissions.
You can check these options on
Dashboard => Webmaster => General Settings => Login Settings
2. All pages, posts and topics are dynamic data and stored on the DB with advanced ability to customize with text editor, drag and drop editor or using custom fields.
You can check all types of pages / site sections you can add from
Dashboard => webmaster => Site Sections

You may also need to clear system cache after updating.

I want to remove the ID column from all files coming from “frontEnd/table.blade.php” In the file above I removed the content below, but the values are moved to the right creating an empty column and the ID still appears.

3. For forms and custom fields:
You can manage all site sections settings and custom form field from
Webmaster >> Website Sections
Edit the section you want => then go to “Custom Fields” tab.
From the same page you can create custom public form
Create a new section with the type of : Public Form
Then add all fields you need on this form on the “Custom Fields” Tab
