When you try to add a new widget it’s impossible to choose RUB as primary or secondary currency.

The issue behind this invalid price is due to the heavy load on our API server, we are getting enormous requests from anonymous customers even if the API returns valid responses without any interval.
Now we have blacklisted the IP and updated the server and the issue got resolved, please have a look.
We plan to watch the server load continuously and make sure it won’t happen again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi, the chart widget I see light + custom and Dark + custom theme but not sure how to switch between themes from frontend.
for example i’m using jannah wordpress theme which has option to switch between light and dark theme.
.dark-skin is the css class used by theme for dark skin. by default i’m showing the chart in light theme. when user switches to dark skin i want the chart to display dark mode.
How to implement that?

Widget themes are totally independent of the website theme, widget themes are static ones. witching themes in website wil not affect the widget.

Yes, using custom CSS you can achieve this, You have to select a light or dark theme in the widget and write CSS for the opposite theme option.
I see the chart widget is like an image. ok then please provide css to target the chart widget.
For chart widget I don’t see any element style upon inspection. I only see it as an image.
Yeah chart widget is render inside the iframe, so you can’t modify the chart widget styles further,

Ticker widget will give you three options to display,
1. Header 2. Footer 3. Anywhere In header and footer options it will be fixed to the site layout.
if you want the ticker to be sticky even when the user scrolls, we assume your site has a sticky header already, then you can choose the anywhere option and place the ticker shortcode in your theme header.

Hello, i am using your plugin massive crypto widgets together with coinpress and i have problem with error api calls, so there are missing charts and missing prices (showing as 0.0000 for example).
I analyzed bit the situation and i found that there are error API cals 525. Also when i am trying to visit some of your page, for example https://docs.blocksera.com i am getting the same error, SSL handshake failed.
I already fully integrated your plugins in to my website and i really need to fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future.
I would also like to ask if I can count on the stability of your system in the future, as it is crucial for me and my users.
