Hello, your plugin has stopped posting to Linkedin following the latest update (in fact, it has been working intemittently and required setting up repeatedly for around 2 months now). The main issue right now is that the plugin is not fetching details of companies so I can post to company pages as it has been previously – indeed, it is showing ‘0’ companies under my personal account on Linkedin when it should be showing my personal account followed by the 2 company accounts – so, until this error is fixed, it is useless for posting outside my own Linkedin profile to the company pages since I use a custom app using the Linkedin API. The alternative option according to your instructions would be to use the default/standard Linkedin app but that produces an unexplained error message.

This issue is not related to our plugin. Our plugin works as described below:
When you create a WordPress post the plugin gets the URL of the post and your custom message. Then, the plugin sends them to social networks. If you choose the “Link card view”, the plugin does not send the image to social networks. Social networks fetch the image of the post from the URL. If the image is not showing or showing differently, it means that there are connection issues between your website and social networks. Here are some of the common reasons:
– Check the OG tags of your website, especially og:image meta tag should have been included in the website. Firstly, Facebook tries to fetch images with this tag. If you do not have meta tags, you can enable the FS Poster option to add it for you: https://i.imgur.com/G2nmvlv.png
– Check if your website has an SSL issue. Social networks cannot access your website URL if there is an SSL problem.
– There’s a timeout. For example, 10 seconds. If your website is loaded in more than 10 seconds, Social networks interrupt the query and give you a timeout error.
– Check the types and sizes of the featured image. Every social network has its own requirements. For instance, Facebook will not support it if you upload small images to your post.

Copy and paste the URL of your post. If Facebook cannot fetch the URL, it will give you the reason.

i followed your tips but there seems to be a problem with last update u did.link card view keeps not working properly.
As we explained, if you share a link on Facebook, Facebook fetches the image. FS poster do not share links.

yup..version 6.5.1 of 3 days ago did the trick. Posting on LinkedIn works again. I was not notified via Envato or in your changelog of a new version, otherwise I would have updated it. Anyway, the bug is fixed so many thanks! Didier.

Hello. Below we have already written about an error with publications in the YouTube Community. I also have the same error.
My YouTube channel has community post (tested working direct posting and also posting with other social media scheduler). But on FS Poster YouTube Community always error “Your channel doesn’t meet all eligibility requirements to access the Community posts.”
