What the hell is going on with Blogger. It doesn’t matter how many times I re-add the account, or delete then re-add it, I get a quota exceeded message. This is not a matter of support, this is a matter of the plugin not working as advertised.

The plugin supports WordPress multisite features. Network Admin installs the plugin once, and the plugin becomes available on all sub-sites. You need to add accounts to each sub-sites.
If those websites are separate WordPress installations and they are not multisite, you need to buy a regular license for each one.

Twitter has a rule against sharing duplicate tweets/post to mutiple twitter accounts that is why dlvrit made retweets for additional twitter accounts.
So if add 3 twitter accounts to a site, one becomes main account while the other 2 just retweets what the main account shared.
