In v2.8 it picks up your set default country from registration page in your admin panel, most social media accounts do not set their countries during registration, hence it was listed like that.

Please help with the following in regard to the 2.7 version …
1. I noticed that my customers are not able to upgrade from a small subscription plan to a larger subscription plan? If they can, how is it done, or what is a work around to accomplish the upgrade?
2. I am unable to add words or credits manually to a customer’s account, like in the older versions. I do not see the option in this newer version. How can it fixed or be restored?
3. I noticed that the prepaid plans do not work with Stripe payment gateway. However, the Subscription plans works okay. How do I fix the prepaid plan payment to work with Stripe?
4. Can I integrate my own business merchant account instead of using STRIPE or along with using STRIPE?

HI,
1 – they need to unsubscribe from a plan and then select the one that they want to subscribe. They unsubscribe under subscriptions tab in the top right corner. Soon it will change and they will be directly upgrade
2 – It is still at the same place, admin – user list – view – add credits
3 – we don’t see any issues with prepaid plans, open a support ticket with further details.
4 – I don’t know what are you referring to by your business merchant account
I’m getting error 404 when register using mobile. But if i use PC/laptop, there’s no 404 error when register. What’s the problem?

I have a suggestion regarding the functioning of the “Maximum Result Length (In Words)” field when generating text. This field always defaults to the maximum value. The problem is that in some fields this value should be e.g. 2000 and in others 200. This value is default for all. Additionally, if the user does not change this value and always has the maximum value, it strongly affects resource usage. I would suggest that these fields in the template should be able to set a default value for a given template, or at least a default value for all and a maximum value for all… this way the maximum value does not have to be the default value.

Thanks for the suggestion, but when you will have 200+ templates as some of our customers, it will be an issue for you to set a limit for each template which will in any case get overwritten via subscription plan’s max word limit that users are subscribed to (you have an option there incase if you were not aware).
Billing will happen on the actual generated words, and user can change the limit as needed. Some templates do not take max limit at all as it is not applicable to them, like name generation, or tags generations, etc…

I’m perplexed by the motivations behind their actions.

Hello Berkine, my voiceover doesn’t seem to be functioning well. after creating a voiceover, when i click on listen, it doesn’t work.
I have to click on SYNTHESIZE before i get to hear my voiceovers. But on the demo site, everything seem to be working well.
also i notice some of the voices just get stuck without generating any voiceovers.

Make sure your cloud vendor didn’t reach any limits, like credit and billing. Otherwise send us a support ticket with further details to have a closer look.

No i don’t have a cloud billing issue, currently using S3. and i am still able to save and download.
Just those functioned mentioned above, since i got the script that function have never worked. thought it was nothing. until i just tested the Demo site and found out it an issue.
What do you need me to submit to the support ?
S3 is AWS, and is used for storage only in this script. As stated in the product description, for text to speech you need to have Azure and/or GCP account, it sound like you haven’t configured any of them… in the docs we have step by step instructions for both
I am currently using Azure for the text to speech and have added the necessary keys from the admin dashboard. it’s working, the only issue is the problem i mentioned above.
Not sure what are you referring to if your Azure is working?

Hello, How to remove VoiceOver from the bottom of the left menu. I’m asking the question here because it seems that tickets are handled rather arbitrarily. With 7,000 users for 2,000 sales of your scripts, it appears you may be dealing with massive piracy. Once this issue is resolved, could you please respond to the tickets and my request? thank you

We do offer free installation for Extended license on cpanel/plesk panel environments, also paid installation for Regular license.
But we are not available for freelance work for customization requests.
Also, Is there not an option to do extended support? Or just renew the support portion of the purchase?

You can renew your support after it is expired, default one upon purchase is valid for 6 month, but even at purchase you can get an extended support valid for 1 year.
Any hosting would work, just make sure listed requirements are enabled in your hosting (or can be enabled without any issues)
