Pre-sale question: I’m doing this for a friend who wants a total affiliate program with few products. Where affiliates can join freely and makes some commission when there is an order through their referral links. Please which license do i choose? Standard/Extended. Secondly , can I set 2×3 matrix and lastly, can admin set a custom payment method for affiliates that will be paid manually…example (Bitcoin Crypto Payment). Meaning if the affiliates user chooses bitcoin as payout method, admin will pay manually using his crypto wallet set. Thanks

Hi,

Standard license should be enough for you. For payout, you can use one of integrated systems, such PayPal or Stripe. For offline payment option, you can choose to use any transfer service but you will have to manually update the payout transactions status.

is esewa payout for Nepal available ? if not can we integrate with help of WooCommerce or has to customize.

There is no payment processor that may allow onsite payouts others than PayPal or Stripe. Check if any of those are available in Nepal.

the developer did not response to my custom request….

Development team will answer to external requests based on available time once their main focus is on products development and not to custom coding.

Hi, I need to know if when I create an affiliate ranking, I can assign an achievement based on the total monthly amount instead of the overall total. Thanks!

Hi,

Yes, this is possible also with Ultimate Affiliate Pro.

Can this plugin give 2 tier commissions only to certain affiliates?

Yes, you may set up particular workflow and commissions for certain affiliates only, if is necessary

I use Tutor Lms and it is integrated with WooCommerce. Does the plugin work with it to activate affiliate marketing for my courses?

If you are manage your purchases through WooCommerce and using the Woo checkout process, should not be any problem.

How can I create a new user/affiliate with the API?

I canonly see an endpoint to get the user data: wp-json/ultimate-affiliates-pro/v1/get-user-data/affiliateId

or make a user an affiliate: wp-json/ultimate-affiliates-pro/v1/make-user-affiliate/userId

Do I have to create the user first within Wordpress? Can I not create a new Affiliate using the API – especially as I need to add a Custom Affiliate Slug during the creation!

Using Custom Affiliate Slugs – can I disable the customer’s ability to change the slug?

I want to set the slug for the customer myself and want it to remain fixed so the customer should not be able to edit it in their profile page.

Hi, I have a question. I have multiple products in my e-commerce (wc), and I would like to know if it’s possible to customize the product link for each affiliate referral. For example: https://www.domain.ltd/?p=000001&ref=[referralname].

You may have custom affiliate links if is necessary. Affiliates may generate their own custom affiliate links. Still, it does not have to be an individual affiliate link for each page/product, a general affiliate link it will work the same

any option to ignore cupons clients? and get the % based on total price?

As simple as ignoring the coupons applied by the client, they do not determine the seller’s profit percentage because, for example, imagine that I am the administrator and I give a 15% coupon to my seller so that he can offer it to the client, the seller. You will earn your % after the coupon is applied and you would have less profit left. The idea is that the seller does earn his 10%, which he earns based on the total price of the original product.

If the product is worth $20 and he earns 10%, he will have $2 left, because if the customer applies a 15% coupon to the seller, after that 15% applied, he would have 1.7 left, do you understand?

How can i reset license key as i changed domain

You may revoke the license by following the KB instructions: https://help.wpindeed.com/ultimate-affiliate-pro/knowledge-base/move-revoke-license/

That method is not a perfect solution. The old website is no more and the domain as expired already. so how else can i revoke the licence for a new domain.

The license has been revoked from that old website so not is free to use.

Hello everything is fine?

I want to pay affiliates of my blog while they publish my articles, my question is as follows.

Does the CPM model only work through banners or does it also work with link advertising?

What is the recommended affiliation model for this, CPC or CPM?

Hi there,

Banners are based on affiliate links after all. It doesn’t matter how the referred user arrive on your website, via affiliate link, banner, landing pages, etc…once that he will be tracked.

Related to rewarding models, CPC, CPM, etc…it doesn’t matter how referred user is landing in the website or how is tracked…is strict related to how and when you wish to reward your affiliates so is more related to the own business model.

You didn’t understand my question.

I want to pay him for the number of visits he brings to my website.

Example: the affiliate takes the article link with its reference and publishes it on their Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Can it be done this way by CPM or just by CPC?

To use the CPM model, should I necessarily use a banner or can it just be a link?

We’ve understood your question and we’ve answered to it by clearly mention that doesn’t matter and there is no correlation or condition between rewarding model you may choose and how affiliate promotes the website, via link or banner.

So, yes, you may use links for CPM model

Hi why the registered affiliate sign up is not showing their contact number in their profile.. see the screenshot https://ibb.co/z6XPzck

Hi, I have a pre sales question. I’m interested in whether I can make a payment like this: let’s say a person has $150 in their balance, and I need to pay them just $75.00 – how can I do that?

Yes, you can choose which Referrals will be managed during payout or not. So, you can have a such approach.

You are welcome!

Hello! I have a question.. Let’s say if the site administrator has a 10% coupon, and he has it in the store then the customer buys with the 10% discount, and the affiliate receives 10% of that sale, the program ignores the coupon and give you 10% on total basis of the original price? Or do you give the profit after the 10% inserted by the client? Or just ignore the coupon?

Hello Azzaroco team, I have an old license I bought but when I try to use it in a website of mine, there shows a message that it’s being used on an offline website which doesn’t exist.

The domain that is “using” it is: https://woocommerce-468581-1546481.cloudwaysapps.com

How can I revoke (or reset) this license to use it again?

Please reset this for me as you did for everyone else.

Hi,

Your license has been revoked, please try activating it again on the new domain.

Thanks, WPIndeed

Hello. Does the plugin work on wordpress multisite?

Yes, UAP system can be used into a WP MultiSite environment.

Hi,

I hope you’re day is going well.

I plan on using your tool with the official woocomerce subscriptions extension.

For accepting customer payments, I’ll use Stripe.

I’ll offer monthly recurring commissions to affiliates at all mlm levels.

1. So you do integrate with the official wocommerce subscriptions extension now?

2. I’n regards to recurring commissions, is it possible to set the very first initial commission to $0 (I don’t way to pay affiliates the first month because I need that money to setup my customers) and then all recurring commissions at $50 for example?

If $0 isn’t allowed for the initial commission the first month, can I set the initial commission to be $1 for example and then then set recurring commissions to $50?

2. My customers can purchase multiple types of subscriptions….. at any time.

BUT I only want to pay an affiliate for each active paying customer they refer, not for each subscription.

Is this possible? If not…...

.....can I limit the amount of subscriptions an affiliate can earn a commissions on?

....Or can I pay a FLAT recurring commissions of $50 based on total purchase amount for all subscriptions purchased (remember a customer may have purchased different subscriptions at different times so each subscription could have its own due date)?

.....Or is it possible to set it so affiliates can earn a recurring commission on only one product purchased in a category?

3. If I have a customer who becomes an affiliate. And that customer earns recurring commissions, is there a way to set it up so customers commissions will automatically be applied to their subscription bill ( automatic discounts)?

I still want affiliates (who are not customers) to get paid.

AffiliateWP has this as part of their store credit addon. A customer can toggle a switch that “automatically applies store credit to subscription payment”

Thanks for your time. I really appreciate it

Hi,

UAP system is fully integrated with WooCommerce plugin. Still, Woo Subscriptions is a different plugin and even if those orders may be tracked by the affiliate system, there is not an official or guarantee integration.

For recurring charges, the best solution is to use Ultimate Membership Pro, which will be fully integrated with UAP system.

1. If you are using Ultimate Membership Pro system, yes, this is possible.

2. You can no limit the rewarding process to just one payment/order per referred user. So, if the same user will buy other subscriptions, the affiliate user will be reward for those too.

3. You may let affiliates to convert their earnings into credits for further purchases inside Woo or UMP system, yes. Still, those will not replace existent subscriptions deductions but will be used for further payments initiated by the affiliate user.

Hi I sent a ticket, I did not receive any response.

Hi,

I’m sorry, but I don’t see any ticket opened under your username, please make sure you opened it properly, and on the dedicated channel at https://support.wpindeed.com/.

Thanks, WPIndeed

Hi I created the ticket twice with 2 different emails, still not received any response. not sure why.

This module has a high level of complexity and requires proper knowledge about Ultimate Affiliate Pro system and Multi Level Marketing concept. It is recommended only for advanced users. error

Hi,

That is not an error, simply a notice to let users know of the complexity of the MLM extension.

Thanks, WPIndeed
