But we are not available for freelance work for customization requests.

You can renew your support after it is expired, default one upon purchase is valid for 6 month, but even at purchase you can get an extended support valid for 1 year.
Any hosting would work, just make sure listed requirements are enabled in your hosting (or can be enabled without any issues)

Try setting it up as On, output_buffering is the only thing needed, or it could that your hosting simply doesn’t allow streaming and send results after it receives everything first. Open a ticket with further details.

You are contradicting yourself, you asked about pinecone, we replied to you about pinecone…
Demo is up and running, you can test it as you need. There is no script on this codecanyon that will allow you train millions of words without finetuning, no random json training within any script or file uploads within any script will help you… you need to finetune entire new openai model for that. Fine tuning feature will come soon in our script.
Internet access will be for openai api, both for AI Chat and Templates, for anything else, you need to customize it by yourself.
AioMatic on codecanyon is allowing the the training feature using embedding. And we are using it for a separate project. So, you don’t need claim there’s no script. And yes, there’s a separate feature for fine-tuning.

I’m getting an error message from PayPal each time trying to make a subscription or make a payment to buy a one-time plan. I tried live PayPal transactions and tried the Sandbox account and they give me the same error message “Sorry, we couldn’t set up your subscription using the payment method you selected. Please try another payment method.” this also happen for a customer tried to subscribe to my service.
when checking my Sandbox account notifications I found this message ” From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. Also I’m getting 500 | Server Error Message when trying to update or change something inside the Payment Settings on the admin dashboard.

No, I reviewed my Keys many times and tried also with sandbox accounts, all are giving me the same issue.

another question, if I took a backup of my database and install a fresh copy of the last version of the script, do you think all payments will work properly for me?

Regarding your last question about backup, you cannot take entire DB backup from past versions and use it with the latest version. As we are constantly updating the script, new columns and tables are added behind the scene, and usage of old DB will mean that you will not have those new tables and columns. You can still export individual tables from past versions and import then, that way you don’t lose any data and don’t miss any of the new features. Use phpmyadmin for that, but that is up to you to handle as support does not cover migrations.
